Review 1：The carpet smells badly and mattresses in bed were old and heavy used Smoking area just in front of main entrance. Very annoying for non smokers to walk through

Review 2：The staff was very friendly, helpful with any needed info and active in making us feel as comfortable as possible. Even tough at a first view the hotel amenities might look basic, an added value of this hotel is the hospitalble feeling you perceive in, the attention to details (fresh flavoured water just at the arrival, umbrella realdy to cover on the unplanned rain, kids corner with Lego bricks, etc). Location is just close to lovely Gunzburg downtown and a Muller superstore. Easily accesible to Legoland

Review 10：The hotel is really close to legoland. Stuff was understanding and waited for us for a late check in after a night flight. We could park on the street without paying extra with the clerk advice. Breakfast was good.

Review 14：Unfortunately, we had a room facing towards the garden and there were group of youngster, drinking and talking until late past midnight. The room was warm, and if we open the window to sleep, we could hear the commotion from the public garden. The hotel plan on www.booking.com was not accurate. We took many detours until we could actually find the hotel based on the location plan on the website.

Review 15：Friendly reception, they were very accommodating in taking us in for early check in. We were allow an hour more for late check out as our train only left late afternoon. Thank you so much. The hotel is situated in the city center and there are many restaurants around for meals. Good shuttle bus from the main train station. Walking distance around 15 mins.

Review 16：Cleaning could be better. During our short (2 nights) visit floor in the bathroom wasn't cleaned well (or at all, difficult to say), linen wasn't neatly folded on the bed after cleaning, but these are of course minor defects ;).

Review 21：Very nice staff - all of them (actually, the niciest staff I have ever met in hotels). Railway station is just 10 minutes by foot. Legoland is just 10 minutes by bus or about an hour by foot. Милейший и добрейший персонал на ресепшене, железнодорожная станция в 10 минутах ходьбы (поезда до мюнхена ходят каждый час, откуда можно съездить в Зальцбург, Нойшванштайн и другие интересные места), леголенд в 10 минутах езды на автобусе или 1 часе пешком (по очень живописной дороге).

Guests arriving by car should enter Günzberg, Jahnstraße 4 in their satellite navigation system.There will be renovation works between 11 December 2015 and mid-March 2016 at the Arcadia Hotel Günzburg. The buffet breakfast will not be served at the restaurant between 13 February 2016 and 10 March 2016. Instead we supply you with a free breakfast to go. Our meeting rooms are also not available during this period of time.
