Review 1：Bring your toiletries as they only provide liquid soap. The timers for the lights in the hallway could be longer. :)
Review 2：View of castle from our rooms, private balcony, quiet, warm (in winter), clean, great breakfast, helpful staff, English speaking host (Peter) who gave us tour and brief history of the hotel building and renovations.

Review 4：Very nice small bed&breakfast conveniently located at the foot of the castle hill - literally 200 yards to the historic center of the city. Three parking slots on the curb, below the windows. Clean, calm.

Review 7：The Penzion is perfect! We stayed in the room with a view for the Loket castle and at night it is just amazing! The room is big, clean and very comfortable, the woman on the reception doesn't speak english but she is so kind and very helpful. We loved the place and if we come back we want to stay there again!
Review 8：I liked everything, but must give warning that there is no elevator and parking area small. One night a guest took two spots, so we had to park in the town... a least 100 feet away! LOL! Sorry, but I don't remember details about internet because we had European account access on our devices so we didn't need it.
Review 9：Small, family owned. Staff friendly, professional. Spoke enough English to get business done. Payment in cash when we checked in. Staff not always there, but a phone on the outside of the front door provided instant contact. Room for 3 clean,comfortable, pretty. The photo doesn't do it justice - it is built into the side of a cliff!
Review 10：There was a communal kitchen with plenty of supplies for making coffee and light meals. The location was perfect. It was a 3 minute walk to the main square. Convenient parking right in front of the pension. The room and building were squeaky clean.
Review 11：Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness of the room to the balcony with castle view, which is highily recommended at night, with a glass of czech beer in your hand and looking at the castle. Despite being on the main road which leads to the center the environment is very quiet and comfortable.Free Wifi included.. Personnel was very courteous and made us feel at home. Very nice room for breakfast, built inside the stone... Can you ask for more? BOOK IT! NOW!

Review 14：We had only telephone contact with the owner. The only member of staff we met was a middle aged lady, who has just started in the job.She was present when we arrived and at breakfast, which she prepared. There was no one on duty during the day or night. There was no cleaning or change of towels done during our stay. The matresses in our room were so old that it was impossible to sleep on them. The spring wires were digging into our backs! I had to spread a duvet over the sheet and my husband had to sleep on a third bed in the room, with a better mattress. We were over charged! According to booking.com , we were supposed to pay 120E for 4 nights, for our double room, . which equaled to 3295.20 Kc ( 1E = 27.46Kc on the day of our departure). We were charged 4400Kc.! In spite of a long conversation on the phone, the owner, Mr Vujtech, would not budge. He told us the difference is passed on to booking.com in charges! We knew this was not true but paid the bill. Note: there was no language problem as czech is our mother tongue.
Review 15：The location of the penzion is very good, with the view of the beautiful Loket castle from all rooms. The owner of the penzion accommodated our change of requirements. One member of our group had to cancel few days in advance - for health reasons.
