Review 1：I found it odd that my bathroom window had no curtain or blind!
Review 2：Free homemade cake and tea served every afternoon. Lovely decor. Good breakfast and restaurant. A member of staff even dug my car out of the snow.
Review 3：Only slight issue I had was with the mattress - I should have asked for it to be changed but thought I'd cope. It was OK, but I've slept on better mattresses in the past.
Review 4：Best welcome I've had at an hotel - Sophie and Philippe (the owners) are the perfect hosts. Such a great feeling to the hotel too, very stylish - I particularly liked the hotel lounge, which had a great fire.
Review 5：The staff at this family run hotel always gives a personal and warm welcome. The rooms are very clean, pretty and comfortable. The hotel is steps away from the main lift to the top of the mountain. It is a perfect place for a romantic week-end or a family outing. It's perfect.

Special mention to the breakfastand to the 5 o'clock pies and teas and coffee, a welcome transitionbetween skiing and the evening. Nice restaurants within walkingdistance, very short distance to the "téléphérique" leading tothe ski slopes. A fantastic example of how Switzerland comparesfavorably to other ski destinations. We can only recommend this hotel.Must be good in the summer. We will certainly come back.

Review 22：This time was different.. Different from any other hotel we used to stay. The attention to details is exceptional and the new ideas to make the guest confortable are just great. We start with a wine cellar on each floor where you can choose your bottle and drink it or in your room or in a confortable saloon by the fire or on the terrace. If you want olny a glass you can leave it there for the next beautiful moment. If you prefer tea.. Ther is a splendid samovar by the reception with a wide choice of tisanes.. Room was comfy, wiew was good.. We usually never go back to the same place but this time we are tempted.

Review 27：Very nice hotel. Excellent price/quality ratio. Staff was very helpfull, good location close to telecabine (7 min walk). Room (SNGL) was a bit small, but with balcony and nice mountain view. Breakfast was included in the price, but the range of food was quite limited. I liked tea and cakes provided after skiing (from 4 to 6 pm) and tea option after 8 pm.
