Review 1：Sometimes bit of noise from other residents/town and sometimes bit of food smell from the cafe attached below but not so bad you cant live with it.
Review 2：Hotel is basic but very clean the staff are really nice and helpful. Room has everything you need even English TV channels, bedding is crisp white and very fresh and clean same for the towels. Location is superb just 5 minute walk from station and it is on a side street off the center square so brilliant for the shops and buses and trains. I love it it is perfect for my needs. I have stayed in bigger more expensive hotels in Fribourg and the Hotel Elite is much better.

Review 4：The location. In the heart of Fribourg close to the train station ans historical city center. The room was simple but very clean. Reasonable price.
Review 5：- bedding not perfect if you have allergy problems - several nights extremely loud noise between 11:30 pm and 3 am from a bar or club in the next street (probably only the rooms towards the back, which are generally more quiet, suffer from this - and I don´t know if this the standard or had to do with the first week of the new uni semester)

Review 8：It is a family run hotel, and the staff is very helpful. I didn't try the breakfast. The location is convenient as it is 5 mns walk from the train station, unfortunately for the same reason it is quite noisy if windows are kept open. Good value for money.
Review 9：A faint odour of tobacco smoke permeated into our street-facing room. The breakfast selection was adequate but limited. We were initially charged for breakfast for the whole stay when we had only consumed on the first day, however this was rectified.
