Review 2：- The staff are amazing, they could not be more helpful particularly the blond lady at the front desk and the female breakfast cook! - Close to the ski slopes and town - Really great value breakfast and dinner deal. The breakfast and dinner were far beyond our expectations. The food was plentiful and there was a lot of variety. - Quality of the food; delicious seafood and meats!

Review 3：Very small room, weird smell from the bathroom. Staff nice but has no clue about anything around the city not even weather forecast. we almost missed our bus to the airport due to misleading information about taxi from the receptionist. Had to carry all the luggage plus the ski equipment all the way to the center.

Review 4：Location is very good, close to slopes and the city center. Food was good quality and ok selection, wasn't awesome as read in other reviews but still ok. Nice stuff at the restaurant. Overall, good value for money but wouldn't stay there again.

Review 5：my daughter and boyfriend had to leave early due to broken hand which needed attention in france as their medical insurance didn't cover andora. asked about a refund for missed 2 nights stay as the hotel is a very expensive place to stay, instead of dealing with the situation, not necessary a refund but complementary return stay they was simply told to contact booking.com with a request. booking.com are the agent, the hotel should had addressed the situation. never heard anything from anyone from either company after emails sent.; so pre-booking / paying proved to be costly. they are uni students that saved all year for the trip. very disappointed with customer service.

The rooms have been refurbished recently and the showers were great. The ski locker room is very good and accessible from the hotel and the street. We will definitely go back to the hotel.

Review 24：Facilities were all new, shower is amazing (high pressure) and the owner is always present giving valuable information. Breakfast each morning is great, filling for a long day of ski. You can rent skis + boots literally in front for EUR15/day and walk to the slopes.

Review 28：It's not about the hotel actually, but if you want to place your children in Jardine de Nieve (Snow Kinder Garden) you should walk quite a lot (and never in ski boots), so it's more convenient to order taxi to get there with all ski and boots. It cost 10 euro.

Review 29：Hotel is very nice and well located. You can leave car in parking of hotel or in the multicolored building (Parking) - 200 m from hotel. The cost almost the same. The chef of kitchen was amazing guy and his food is delicious. Breakfast and supper were perfect and the choice is really great (for vegetarians, meat or fish eaters, etc.). Ski rent in front of the hotel is also very nice (you have 15% discount if you live in Hotel Cristina) with very good owner Paulo from Portugal. Equipment is new and boots are always dry. You can buy forfaits in hotel reception. I would definitely come back again to this lovely and cozy hotel!

Review 30：The location was really good, close to the sky rental, the lifts and the restaurants. The service was very nice, all the staff was helpful and friendly. They have very convenient services like the sky storage and the breakfast included, and the installations are very nice.

Review 56：parking is pricey at 16€ a day when it is 8€ on the street outside - they could really be more competitive I think at 10€ a day they would have a lot more takers given the added security. The restaurant lacked atmosphere in the evening as the kept the lights on full beam - dimming the lights and using proper tablecloths would make a world of difference as the food was really pretty good for a buffet.

Also the first time ever there was always something that l could eat did not need to eat out at all great breakfast choice too

Review 66：The rooms were not sound proofed very well. The sound of other guests returning to their rooms talking and then bedroom doors banging, plus neighbouring rooms toilet flushing/ showering noise was very loud, sounded like it was in my room. I had to use ear plugs to get to sleep!!
