Review 1：Urine all over the toilet seat. Toilet bowl was dirty. Light fixtures looked like they were salvaged. Bathroom looked as though it hadnt been cleaned in months. Blood on the bathroom wall. Requested a non-smoking room but was reminded by staff that it was non-smoking as I entered the room. (Thanks, I *asked* for non-smoking!) Strong odour of marijuana in room. Entire property is messy and run down - obviously not well taken care of. I was so disgusted with the cleanliness of everything I left!

Review 3：rooms are very outdated, dirty, smelly (smoky), cold (heating wasn't working at all), spider webs all over, bed sheets very dirty , stinky, dusty, full of stains, absolutely disgusting, I would have change motels but it was too late in the day cause we had a toddler with us.

Review 5：The screaming and fighting all night from what appeared to be long term residents in another room. The location is definitely in what could only be described as the seedy area of town. The "guest laundry" turned out to be the owners wife doing the washing. (We went to a laundromat). The rooms stunk of cigarettes despite being supposedly smoke-free. If I hadn't felt that I would have been charged regardless, we would never have stayed. The owner/manager didn't live on site so no one was there when we arrived. The front reception looked like it was used as a store room and smelt of fish. Our room only had one towel, not two, and there was no one on site to get a second towel from.

Review 9：I didn't like that there were cigarette burns in the Non-smoking room I was allegedly in. Burns on not just the floor, but the blanket and sheets. The pillows were not only stiff as all hell, looked visibly grimey and had a multitude of hairs ranging from long blonde to brown short and curly. We opted to sleep on top of the bedding and use our own blankets and pillows.

Review 12：Manager was very friendly and helpful, when my power went out while I was getting ready for work early in the morning, he was quick to get out of bed and restore the power for me. Walking distance to 7/11 for tea coffee etc. and as other reviews have said close to downtown without the downtown noise (for the most part).
Review 13：The room was very dirty, the floors were covered in all sorts of unidentifiable substances. The bathroom had dirt and hairs all through it, the shower curtain was stuck together and smelled so bad like urine. The towels were all stained (one even had blood stains) and were torn and holey.

He was quick to try n make them quiet down n when that didn't work he moved me to a bigger room away from them at no extra charge!! So despite this he was nice and helpful regarding this ituation

Fight in room on other side of me. Located in very run down area of town, lots of unwelcome activity. Room smelled of stale tobacco and mold. Way over priced for this type of motel.

Review 72：The price is relatively cheap compared to the other ridiculous prices in town (however, there is apparently a cheaper place near the university), but still too much for a simple clean but dark room with no meals. It said on this site that the rooms would come with cooking facilities and coffeemakers, yet at check in I found out that these would be 10$ per night extra.
Review 73：Friendly staff, I was able to check in ahead of time. Checkout is 11 am, which is very nice. A liquor store is in walking distance, which gives you a chance of enjoying a stay the dark rooms with thin walls.
