Review 1：The noise from the neighbors during night, when some group of yang men and women came back from the music festival, speaking loudly in the corridor and closing the door loudly.

Review 2：The place is very comfortable except the noise. The staff is nice and understandable and refund all the money back when they learned that we didn't have good sleep due to the noise.

Review 3：The bed was very hard. The mat beside the bed had not been vaccumed or shaken out and the floor was not swept. There was air in the water pipes giving a constant noise and banging when the water was used by other rooms. But since I was not in the room much it was not a major concern.

Review 4：The bedding was clean and the room was a large size with its own bathroom. The university is centrally located with most attractions being within 30 to 45 mins or closer. The city center has a lot to offer from shops, great resturants and entertainment. I would do it again.

Review 5：Stayed in the bernardine (?) bulding. Building is old and very in need of updates. Allow approximately 30 minutes for check in. Only one person at the desk. Parking is not convenient and is not close to the building at all. No elevator. Shared bathroom. I definitely didn't expect the Taj Mahal for the price but description was not exactly explicit about inconveniences.

Review 11：Only responded 1 out of 3 e-mail queries. The one that answered was on the day of our travel, and not able to read it until we arrived. No one answer phone call. No response to telephone (message) queries.

Review 13：One skimpy pillow per person, one thin blanket. I was cold and had toput another t-shirt on to sleep. They should have had extra blanketsavailable in the closet. I also didn't like shared bathroom withroom next door. We wouldn't stay here again.

Review 17：The shower had black mold around the caulking. That was a real turn off. Walls being painted cinder blocks made us feel we were in a correctional centre. Lol Walls in rooms need to be painted as posters etc from previous students pulled off paint chips

Review 19：My only issue was the bathroom shower. They need to fix the fact that if you don't position the shower head just right you will have a lake on the floor not only in the bathroom it travels out into the dorm

Review 21：Hard cot for a bed. Showers needed cleaning (mold visible). While functional, parts of the room we're clearly damaged. Small towels. Last night was on same floor as a sports team - worken up by rowdies which went unnoticed by staff/security.

Review 29：We were put in an old residence ; Tight , Cramped, dated, muggy, wet basement smell . Parking was not convenient to far away. Also no A/C .We just left instead of staying our second day . I would make sure they put you in the new building not any of the old ones.

Review 30：the room was small no tv 2 small single beds. bugs in room and and bathroom .shared a bathroom with person coughing,spitting & vomiting most of nite.the price was cheap-guess you get what you pay for but never again.we have stayed in residences before & always happy with them-this definitely was worse experience of our lives.

Review 32：White stains on top covers of bed. Was too tired to go complain and deal with a room change. Just stripped it off and used sheet which was clean. Need to double up on the pillows. Uncomfortable sleep.

Review 33：Staff was great. Difficult to find. It's a dorm... Not the Hilton. If you are looking for comfort, commit to pay. I had an unexpected emergency trip to the island with my dog. It was convenient and cheap knowing I had a big vet bill coming. Room was clean, but top covers could have been kept cleaner. Easy to miss though...as a cleaner

Review 34：lighting was poor.when I arrived at upei for my st5ay there was no record of accommadtions booked in my name . they booking .com had confirm on interenet but was no indication of reservation.thisd was very upsetting think had a reservation that was not booked

Review 40：The double bed is like a captain's bed (drawers on the bottom on each side). The mattress was poor which was on slats of wood that were extremely noisy; we heard creeks and cracks every time we would move. We don't know how students sleep in those beds and go to class the next morning. My husband got up with a sore back. When he took his shower, he was almost scalded. He regulated the temperature of the water by pushing the first handle for hot water then pushed the handle of the cold water until it was comfortable. When he stepped in the second handle (cold water) would always slide away and he would be left with scalding water. This would be very dangerous if a young child (let's say 10-13 yrs old) would be taking a shower. We had brought some yougurt and fruits and they froze in the fridge.
