Review 1：nothing in particular, the motel had a place for smokers but they still smoked in front of each of the rooms. A little annoying but not terrible.

Review 3：Constantly having problems with booking.com and when you go to check in things are not as you booked, but the staff at gramma's inn was eager to help find a solution for you .

Review 13：Room and facilities average at best. Cinderblock room, old style, a bit over-priced given hotel condition. The warning about car thieves in the area had me paranoid all night.

Review 19：When I turned back covers dark hairs on pillows. Had 4 sharing a room had to ask for more towels etc. I did not like a damage deposit had to be paid and refunded at departure. What was the purpose of that? They did not even check! Motel is in serious need of update!

Review 21：Cleaning lady was nice enough, but she left her yellow cleaning cloth in the room on the desk when she cleaned on our second day. Bathroom toiletries not replenished. There was also a malfunction with our bathroom heater, it would not turn off even thought the thermostat was not on. the air conditioner had to work over time that night. Also no electrical outlet near the bedside for portable respirator, aka: CPAP machine, a commonly used device .

Review 22：Our room was beautiful and clean. Staff were very helpful and polite. We felt spoiled in such a lovely room with a king size bed.

Review 23：Breakfast waitress was a little flaky & slow to bring menus even though not busy.Food in restaurant about average. Outside door latch was noisy closing everytime guests left. Woke us up much earlier than we wanted while on vacation like 6 A.M. They really should fix this!!

Review 80：We liked the large spacious room in front centre façade of inn. The room was clean and well equipped with everything needed. The wakeup call and taxi came right on the minute as requested.

Review 81：when I arrived at about 3 pm the room assigned had not been cleaned so I was given another room when I entered the bathroom I found the bathtub would not drain I found water in the tub.I was given another room that was ok. I was also charged more than was agreed upon which was refunded later. All together very unsatisfactory.

Review 82：Room service never cleaned my coffee pot . The floor never got vacuumed . Cups were not cleaned . The TV was old and not clear . The hot water tap in the shower had a good leak .

Housekeeping staff disrespectful: wanted to know when I was checking out the day before. Constantly out smoking right beside by my car. On my checkout day, were banging on my door early in the morning asking when I was checking out. I was still in bed. Checkout time was not for three more hours.
