Review 1：Not really a bad experience but it is a little way to the lift. However, you can catch the morning but or walk.

Review 2：Great central location. Helpful staff. Bar used by ski instructors for apres ski beer - made us feel part of the village. Basic facilities but that's all we wanted as we were trying to keep costs down. Lovely breakfast and afternoon tea. Perfect for those focusing on the skiing and not the hotel.

Review 4：Breakfast would be better for such a good hotel, i.e. cheese not sliced, no small containers for jams, butter served on a plate, hard to tell whether it is real butter or margarine, waitresses do not offer egg.

Review 15：The staff at the Hotel Suisse were fantastic! They were all happy, courteous and helpful. The selection for breakfast was more than adequate and the cakes between 4 & 6 became a 'must do'. The close proximity (next-door) and discount at Barra Sports made ski hire convenient - great service too. The local bus which takes you to the cable car stops right outside the Hotel Suisse every 20 min and it's free. We had a great time at the Hotel Suisse and we'll be going back!

Review 16：Price in my opinion was a bit high for what you get. It was due to the fantastic weather we had, so I do understand that one takes a little advantage of the situation.

Review 17：The hotel is very cosy. We did have a balcony but you'd have to climb outside of the balcony window to get to it, so we didn't really use it...Was kind of weird... Personnel was really nice for our short stay.

Review 18：Really impressed with so much this hotel had to offer, pleasant staff, clean well appointed rooms, great breakfast and nice adjoining bar. The afternoon tea & cakes were a nice touch. Having skied and stayed on the French side of the Portes du Soleil several times now, I think Champery and Hotel Suisse offer a more refined / relaxed option. Access to the ski hire & cable car - really easy.

Review 19：The wifi was a bit erratic. We had a road facing room which was noisy over the weekend i.e. window glazing could be better sound proofed

Review 21：It was very noisy at night. Late night revellers walked right past our window. The church bells ring every hour, and one night someone had died so they rang at 4am as though for mass. The rooms are very warm so you need to open a window

Review 23：The staff were very helpful. Right from the moment of arrival they have organized us and provided with all necessary information. They have booked dinners to different restaurants around, they have looked after our ski pass and equipment. All the stay was smooth without incidents and with lots of help and support. We liked very much the 5pm tea lobby. Very nice ambience and service!!

Review 34：I had an excellent stay last weekend in Hotel Suisse with my friends.The location is perfect, the staff are very friendly. The hotel has niceand comfortable rooms and clean facilities. The breakfast was alsoenjoyable.I accidentally left my mobile phone in the hotel and the staff helped me to post it back to Geneva!!!!! It was soooo nice of them. I am very grateful!! Highly recommanded!!!
