Dirty hallway carpet and no baseboards gave it a shotty unclean look, hottub(one reason we booked TCC) was out of service due to broken tiles, sad we couldn't use it. Maybe next time they might mention the floor was under reno's?? maybe we wouldn't be reluctant to book there again. Or they could have offered our stay on another floor.

Review 10：Visit to the Casino was as usual great!! .Rooms offer a fridge,complimentary water, and coffee machine.The breakfast was good, best contintental type breakfast i've ever had, eating area clean and tidy, friendly staff.

The hotel was under renovation, painting and carpeting the halls which should have been factored into the room rate. I would like booking.com to have alerted me to the fact the hotel was attached to a casino which might have caused me to reconsider staying.

Review 19：We stayed for several days, and each day staff asked if we really needed our room attended to at all. Towels were grudgingly given, beds made finally in early evening. Not what I expected at this venue.

Review 20：First two nights were on the top floor, the fans on the top of the building were annoyingly loud, waking us up several times during the night. Also had a room with an adjoining door to the room next door, we could hear everything the said. Moved to the second floor where the room was quieter but could still hear everything going on in the hallway. Not recommended if you expect to get a good nights sleep. Breakfast bar needs some work... it was a carb fest.

Review 24：The paper thin walls - we had kids next room, with no adult supervision, until very late hours. I went to the door and told them to quiet down, people are trying to sleep. They were running in room, jumping on probably all the furniture. They were much quieter after I warned them.

Review 27：First night toilet didn't flush. Second night the handle broke on toilet, we had to lift the back and flush that way. The room was too hot couldn't regulate temperature. One of our friends was sick and stayed in room, someone from staff called and said she was making too much noise. They made a mistake it was someone down the hall.

Review 30：We rented 3 rooms and Bonnie (staffer) made sure that they were in close proximity to each other even though I had made the reservations a bit late. We were allowed to use the breakfast room for take-in food at supper time. Overall the staff was welcoming; the pool & water slide were so much fun; the gambling was an added bonus. The continental breakfast was awesome as well. Thanks for a lovely day away.

Review 31：We have stayed at the Treasure Cove many times since it opened and I've always thought of it as a top notch place. This time our room neaded a really good deep clean. The carpets were filthy and the upholstered chairs also needed to be steam cleaned. I really felt that they've let their place slip a bit in the cleanliness department. Our room was on the second floor situated over the pool and it was far too noisy.

Review 32：The morning breakfast was excellent. The location was very good to get back on the highway to go to our next location. It was very quiet and we had a great rest.

Review 96：A little disappointed of the TV not having HD availability in this time and age of electronics and availability. Having the eastern feeds of channels would also be a assent for those that have to bed down early, but still want to watch certain programing.

Review 117：Our room was located the same side as Hwy 97 - too noisy. The next time around I would ask for a quieter room.

Review 118：I liked the central location - in this case, easy access to the airport. I was travelling with my sister, we were at the end of our vacation, and she had a flight out. We took advantage of the 5.00 casino coupons as well as the free breakfast. Both were enjoyed and appreciated. By the way, your staff is great! The front desk clerk was both friendly and efficient as were the casino staff.
