Review 1：Lugano is a resort town with a lovely lake. The tour season must be over by the first week of September because it was very empty feeling. Upon our arrival we found the hotel but were confused about where to actually check in...it was at the counter for the restaurant. The staff appeared confused buy our presence, wether it was that we did not speak German or were there at all. Despite not being high tourist season the restaurant was noisy until about midnight or one AM. The worst was that there was a lot of cigarette smoking that wafted up to our room. Despite it being a lovely temperature we had to close our windows.
Review 2：Great location in Lugano. The hotel is above a very busy restaurant in the middle of the small but lovely square. The room was nice, and clean. We had a balcony overlooking the square.
Review 3：My dear mr.. Booking dot com , U MUST PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT THE DISTANCE IN KM FROM TRAIN STATION AND THE AIRPORT. THIS HOTEL IS NOT A HOTEL BUT MORE LIKE A TRATTORIA. GOOD EATING PLACE BUT NOT FOR RESIDING. MY TAXI CHARGED EURO 56 FROM STATION TO THIS RESTURANT. AS FAR AS ROOMS ARE CONCERNED T, THERE ARE THREE ROOMS IN THIS SO CALLED HOTEL. IT IS A FAMILY HOUSE , NOT GOOD OR TOURISTS. MORE THAN 20 KM FROM MAIN STATION OF LUGANO
