Review 1：Bed uncomfortable Rooms are so small Outdated A little dirty Staff is rude. The "free breakfast" is cereal and toast.

Review 6：Some loud noise at night from other people staying at hotel, for example loud car exhaust and driving quickly in the parking lot. Loud enough to wake me up but it was a Saturday night too. (Cant blaim the hotel for those other guests)

Review 15：They had friendly staff who could speak English and were very accommodating. The rooms themselves weren't spectacular but they were always clean, the beds were comfortable enough and the wi-fi was high speed and easily connected to. However if you are going to visit Montreak then the location is nothing amazing. It's about a 25 min walk to the metro and if you want to take the bus you have to pay the fare twice because it is in Laval. ( once for bus then for metro- about $6) Overall I would say you get what you pay for and I would give it a 6.5/10

Review 16：Drugs being smoked outside my room. Girls not to sure of theiroccupation but drunk and barley dressed outside my door. Bathroom tubcracked and not cleaned. Entire bathroom was not taken care off a lot ofcracks in the entire bathroom. Not giving me clean towels, I had to goask for them. The photo's on booking.com was not the room I receivednot even close. Smoke detector broke, dirty and sitting on my tv.Bedspread's not so warm and cozy had to sleep on my blankets I hadin my car. End table dirty and stained, looked like it never beencleaned. Staff rude when ever I brought any of these things to theirattention. I have pics that I tried to sent but the wifi kept freezing.I was very upset that I had my two year old son sleeping in theseconditions, I will never trust what I see anymore. I felt that I wasfooled out of my money either by the hotel or booking.com. It was theworst experience in a hotel/motel in my entire life.

Review 54：I travel to Canada twice every year for about two weeks, ive been doing this for about 4 years now and stayed at several different hotels. I must say this is by far the best one I have stayed at. It is very clean, bathroom and hotel room is spotless. The wifi is fast and the Breakfast hits the spot. The customer service,however, is what stands out. When I checked in the young man at reception was helpful, kind and very welcoming, he showed me to my room and was willing to help with any directions I needed. As well as that the staff who work throughout the day are always on the ball, extra requests for extra cleaning or towels are easy and they do their utmost to make your stay great. It offers a television with many channels, and local to grocery stores, a cinema and many places to eat. All of this while being at a bit of a bargain. I would certainly recommend this hotel and I will certainly be staying here every time I come to Montreal.

Review 55：The Advertised Pictures of New Rooms is just virtual ones, when you get there, it wont be there for you, the advertised spoken languages are not all available at all times so make no mistakes, you wont find it, I couldn't get some one speaking ENGLISH on my second morning of stay, Remote controls and keys are over rated to a 20 $ deposit, and it looks like it was scooped out of trash, Once you go in you will get that old feeling of the older hotels in the wild wild west, with a glass shield with two openings in it one for money and papers and the other one is for your complimentary water bottles to com threw. Although it is against the law to make some one sign a document in a language that he clearly specified that they don't have enough experience with, yet you will only have the french version of the documents even if you don't read, write or speak french.
