Review 1：The room was very dark-- very small window. Room Decor was a bit bland.

The food in the restaurant and pub at the B&B was outstanding. The staff were always helpful and pleasant. The location couldn't be better - walk through the historic part of town.

Review 8：This beautiful inn is immaculately clean, located just far enough away from the center of town and staffed with beautiful, friendly, helpful people. The food and dining service was outstanding. Our room was beautifully furnished and very comfortable.

Review 9：Quite expensive for what you get. May be par for the course in downtown Charlottown. No extras in facility to speak of. Very little privacy from room wndows. Can not leave curtain open as anybody walking by would look in. Zero view from rooms. Rooms are in annex building looking towards kitchen and AC vents. Can get quite noisy, especially at night.

Review 11：We could not sleep at all due to the extremely loud air conditioner. The staff was sympathetic but couldn't do much about it. This was more of a motel than the cute B&B we had anticipated. Tiny window so no view/natrual light.

The room was beautiful however the air conditioner was not turned on for us and was extremely hot in the room. We had to turn on and leave for walk gone for 1 hour and was still warm upon our return.

Review 23：The room wasn't properly cleaned I thought we would be in the House part we were in the Court The stairs going up to the room never saw a vacuum cleaning from the time we arrived till we left I actually left early because I was told Wi Fi was there Here the internet worked when it felt like it and most times wasn't working at all so I had to leave in order to get my work done I was very dissatisfied with this and when I reported the first night about the internet the young one at the desk said yes we are having problems and Eastlink said could take three more months to have it fixed I wasn't told this when I made my reservations Eating outside was nice but a lot of earwigs around a little vinegar on the wood could rid these very easily but no one really cleans well Truly I was totally disappointed and cut my vacation short

Review 25：Attending a convention, location was good, handy for the places we had to be. Answer to type of traveller does not apply. But had to be checked even if it was wrong. Questions need updated.

Review 26：The fire alarm went off after 2:30 am and then once they realized it was a glitch they tested it twice after that. We were on the third floor and had to walk down each time. The staff, including the manager did not seem to care. There was no compensation, not even a cup of coffee offered in the morning. If I must pay the full quoted price, I expect a good nights rest.

There is not that much to do in Charlottetown in the evenings so it is to be expected that guests do spend some time in their rooms. Not having any comfortable chairs in most rooms is for us difficult to understand.

Review 43：This is our second time staying Dundee arms inn. We loved it first time. ( 2 years ago.) so we decided to stay again. Asked for same room we stayed first time. Because we loved it. But they didn't have the room avilable. So they upgraded our room to suite! It was an amazing experience. Thank you for letting us stay in such a great room :)
