Hotel Rosatsch sells fast on our site. The family-run Hotel Rosatsch is in the center of Pontresina in the Engadine Valley, just 300 feet from the Alp Languard Chair Lift. It features a modern spa area, stylish rooms and discounted ski passes.
All the rooms at the 4-star Residence and 3-star main building are decorated with both modern and traditional furnishings.
The spa area includes an indoor pool, a hot tub, a steam bath, a Lakonium and a fitness studio. Massages, body wraps and various beauty treatments are available, as well. Additional facilities at the Rosatsch hotel include a well-equipped playroom for children.

Review 1：Staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. I booked a double room but we were accommodated in a spacious room in the residence, which was extremely comfortable.

Review 2：Staff is 100% from abroad and has no experience and no training i.e. No idea about locations, The guy at the bar did not know what Martini is, the menu at the bar consists of only surprisingly unhealthy stuff, the plates are cooked without love.

Review 10：Very friendly and helpful staff. Dinner, including the fresh salad bar. The hotel provides with walking sticks and backpack for trekking, which is very convenient. The washing machine was also convenient for someone like us who want to do the laundry everyday. Finally, thank you for celebrating my birthday! That was kind of you.

Review 11：Location, right in the middle of Pontresina, near to the Alp Languard chair-lift, and other walks starting from the hotel door up into the mountains. A nice relaxing lounge for afternoon tea or evening drink, with friendly staff.

Review 12：Had a great weekend at the Hotel Rosatsch. Told that I was celebrating my birthday and had an upgrade to a gorgeous room with mountains view. Spa new and clean, very professional and qualified staff. Delicious breakfast with a great variety of choices. Overall a great weekend, looking forward to going back soon.

Review 13：Just be carefool with booking. This hotel have 2 parts, and, if You are looking for 4 star quality, You' ll not find it in 3 star building.

Review 19：* I used a US based credit card with NO foreign currency translation penalty and expected to pay directly in Swiss francs as I have done all over the country many times Instead was forced by "the system" to pay in US$-reception said it could not be overriden. The exchange rate of the day was app 1.064 swiss francs but I was charged a 4% premium as "the system" used a rate of 1.104 hhhmm maybe it is time to change the system?

Review 21：The room was advertised as having a kitchenette, but that included ahigher table. There were no kitchen items. It is not uncommon in Europenot to be able to make coffee in your room, and this hotel was noexception, but we always find that inconvenient because we get up early.

Review 22：Our room was large and comfortable with a balcony and a gorgeous view.Staff were wonderful -- helpful and patient. The room card has amagnetic swipe providing access to buses, trains, and gondolas forfree. It made the price of the room more affordable. My husband lovedthe sauna.

Review 27：If you are US, you cannot pay with a credit card without chip in it. Front desk insisted that it was are fault that the card did not work. Only place in europe that it did not. WOULD NEVER refer someone to this hotel. The bathroom was extremely outdated with linoleum on the walls. For the price DO NOT STAY!!

Review 74：Some of the hotel info on the web and about activities in the hotel, menus, were not always easily available in English. Helps if you know a little German or Italian with some of the staff. Front desk people very helpful and communicated well in English.

Nice facility with jacuzzi, pool, ski and wax room, hotel bus transport down to St Moritz for the shuttle bus for the Engadin Ski Marathon. The evening meal was always excellent, and after eating out elsewhere in Pontresina, we realized that what we at first thought was expensive, was actually a reasonable and excellent meal.
