Review 1：The pillows were too soft but thats nothing to worry about. The only thing I did not like was the way the window while open, we could smell all the smokers smoking on outside the building.

Review 9：Avoid room #3 or #4 on the first floor as it can be quite noisy as it is located over the kitchens and opposite a storage room frequently visited by staff who tend to slam the door and speak noisily. Heavy sleepers won't be disturbed, but light ones can.

Review 10：A beautiful place to stay in Fribourg. The welcome is very friendly, and the staff very helpful. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished.

Review 11：The atmosphere is very cozy with unique rooms old fashion furniture and for that reason I come back there always as generally the city lacks good standard hotels. Very good food (!), staff is polite though often lack English skills and the mamdame running th hotel is charming.
