Review 1：Asked for a receipt - was advise to see email. I don't see a receipt - Not sure if this is a booking.com failure or if hotel - or if I just don't see it.

Review 3：The night receptionist called us twice after midnight and woke us up. He allowed someone from the outside to communicate with us who was looking for a foreigner. It was very hard to sleep after that. He should never have allowed these two inopportune and infuriating calls.

Review 7：Friendly staff - didn't speak English but things are understood in the end. Helpful staff - a guy on reception supplied us with the extra cash we needed for a taxi to the airport...no cash machines in town accepted our international cards. Rooms were big, comfortable and clean.

Review 17：Member of staff who greeted us was miserable and unhelpful. Waiter in the cafe was the same. Breakfast was not good - could see that the coffee cups had obviously been washed in fatty water. Croissants were stale. Not a good selection. WiFi did not work in the room.
Review 18：WiFi worked well downstairs but not in our room on the first floor. Room was clean. Plenty of storage. Able to hang around whilst waiting for our flight later on in the evening. Bus terminal is 6mins away in a taxi. Airport about 15mins in taxi.
Review 19：Very small room with outdated beds, catastrophic breakfast, with people who don't speak English or anything else besides Spanish. They gave us also incorrect information concerning buses. The room door is so thin that you will wake up at 7 in the morning when first people will pass the door of your room.
