Review 1：In double room we Hader two single beds, it's not so bad but not so comfortable to sleep together.
Review 2：I asked for a room at 4. floor and we got it, we had a nice view to the city. It was very nice from staff.
Review 3：My room was a little cold. Wifi signal too low and the desk too small, I had some problems to work.

Review 6：Very friendly staff. It was pouring rain when we arrived and they came out to our car with an umbrella. One night there were no parking spots left by the hotel and one of the staff walked to the next street to show us where their other parking area was located.

Review 9：This was a gorgeous authentic village to stop over on The Bernina Express rail trip. The hotel was a great choice. We dined here at night also and the meal was excellent. Staff were helpful - my partner's family came from Poschavio so they provided contact information to learn more about the family history. Oh and did I mention the gorgeous view to the snow capped mountains? Great to wake up to!

Review 21：Despite arriving very late [10pm] staff were welcoming and whipped up a meal for us. During our 2 day stay all the team proved most helpful and obliging. My travelling partner from Australia was dredging up his ancestory and the hotel arranged several meetings in town with his family history connections. The hotel itself is most comfortable with good service. I recommend it.

Review 24：A small criticism: The breakfast was limited and the bread offered wasvery ordinary. This surprised me, because ,usually the bread isfantastic in Switzeralnd. The coffee was barely drinkable...as it isalmost everywhere in this beautiful country. Please,Switzerland....learn how to make decent coffee and tea! Apart fromthis....we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Review 26：We have friends in Poschiavo and we like to stay there, its clean, price is right, breakfast is nice and comfortable. Close to Tirano as well and train station.
Review 27：Only real negative was maybe small sized shower cubicle in a large bathroom. I turned shower off twice, with my elbow, whilst washing. I am not a big man so many larger people would struggle. Not a big issue . . . .more annoying than anything.
Review 28：In Switzerland but down the Italian side of the Alps so is in a very quaint Italian style town. Older style hotel with traditional style rooms. No fancy electronic room cards here. . . .just a big chunky room key. Room very large and also ensuite. Well fitted out with all you need except maybe opportunity to make tea or coffee. Staff were helpful and friendly. Adequate breakfast (continental with meats & cheeses. Good coffee. . . .After travelling the Bernina Express to Tirano we decided to go back to Poschiavo that afternoon, as it presents better opportunities for hotels and restaurants
