Review 1：Went down for pre-booked breakfast with half an hour to go and they're already cleared most items away - and other guests came down after us, This was very strange as they then asked us what we wanted before they put food back out - but we hadn't any idea what they had available!!

Review 2：Good location very close to city centre as located on edge of old town and easy to find with sat nav. Friendly staff on reception. Secure parking under hotel. Exceptionally clean and great shower. Free bottle of water in room which was very welcome. Good breakfast in bright room at reception once they put the food back out (as they'd cleared it away with over half an hour to go) - boiled eggs, fresh fruit etc. Good value for money, welcoming and good location

Review 3：There were still some hotel works in progress so we woke up earlier than what we would have liked.

Review 4：Staff was very friendly and helpful. All hotel facilities are new, room was very clean.

Review 5：Overcrowded room; shower needs to be renovated. A second shower head at waist level in the cramped little shower made it impossible to bend over to pick up the soap I dropped. By far the worst room of our 17-day trip.

Review 16：The size of the room was very nice for 2 adults and 2 children. The bed was very comfortable. Clean room and bathroom and nice staff. We enjoyed a good night of rest because the neighborhood is very quite.

Review 17：The only negative I noticed in this hotel are thin walls. You can hear everything from the adjacent rooms, especially from bathrooms. I understand that this is nothing the hotel can really influence but it's strange to hear your neighbours as if they would be in your room. On the other hand, the guest seemed to be rather considerate and I didn't hear any noise after 22/23h.

Review 18：I stayed already twice at this hotel and would choose it again if travelling to Fribourg. Both times I needed to make last minute changes to my plan and the staff was very helpful on this matter.

Review 19：position is not great, but Fribourg is so small that you are walking distance to everywhere. the restaurant is nice and the staff very professional, unfortunately, the quality of the food was not at the same level.

Review 21：Everything was perfect. The location is right to the train station. It s near to everything. Old town, university, nature. You can reach everything really quick. The stuff was exceptional friendly. The young woman in the reception desk gave us a map and told us all the necessary information about the city. The wifi did function good, although we didn't really use it a lot. All in all we enjoyed it a lot staying in this hotel and we can just recommend it.

Review 22：The initial ground floor reception is an elevator that wasn't working in an apartment like building rather odd and not very welcoming. The real reception is on second floor bright and new but this hotel is one in name only. If all you seek is a well appointed newly furbished room with a decent breakfast buffet this is the place for you! Room great and breakfast room but the rest left much to be desired if you want the comforts of a hotel.

Review 23：Room very nice, bed excellent, quite upscale furniture and bathroom fixtures etc for the price but no closet or coffee/tea machine, no safe and looked out at a cement parking area , loud men were conducting? deals at night . In an area that is quite sad and not very welcoming for solo traveler, wouldn't want to be out at night, rather odd place for hotel Reception and staff all very nice but didn't feel the safest set up for solo traveler to be on a floor that was more like an office building with doors down long hallways, numbered rooms taped onto doors.

Review 24：- They stated 24h reception, we arrived at 11pm, the reception was then a mailbox with key inside. - Arrived at the room, the handle was broken, no mechanism it was just looking towards the floor. We entered the key and pushed, ok we got in - Inside the room, very 'fancy' style.. very fancy - Stains on the bed - Doors of the showers impossible to close, water flooding in the bathroom

Review 26：The rooms are not sound proof so we couldn't sleep as we could hear everyone in the rooms around us. Parking spots are not enough for residents. Restaurant menu needs more variety for dinner.

Review 81：The door from the bedroom into the toilet was broken. It did not close completely (not to mention the broken door lock), and left a 10-cm door space. There was no shower head. Zero. The water in the shower came right from the water pipe. I have been to various hotels in Russian Siberia, and this is first time in my life that I do not see a shower head where it is supposed to be. And, guys, this is Switzerland… The room had no air conditioning, we had to open the window, and use the “non-smoking” steel sign to secure the window, so it would not open and close all the time with the wind. The breakfast was poor: the food took up a tiny table and comprised croissants, apples and cheese. The hotel looks like it had better days.
