Review 1：Room was close to bar or night club. Kids, my wife and I could not sleep until 3am. We usually go to bed at 10. We complained several times that night but no help at all.

Review 33：Overall it's an excellent accommodation, I had a wonderful time during my stay at Yas Grand Suite, I arrived 3 hours earlier than the expected check in time, the front desk staff checked me in straight away, they made for me a tour around the hotel & they took me to my room to explain to me how to use the facilities in there. Basically, I would love to book the same room at the same hotel for the future trips to Abu Dhabi.

Review 34：- the building it self simply amazing and the surrounding atmosphere makes you excited just to be in -the staff always with big smile and ready to help -concierge team really informative and would help alot if you want to recheck your plan of the day -the room is specious and neat with white color around -been to the Italian and mediterranean restaurants both Yum-ooh -just outside the hotel there are bikes for rent,and also its a BIG BUS tour stop -plz notice the Art work all around the hotel,its a mix of everything :)

Review 35：Safes were locked in both rooms and we had to call to get them unlocked. Arrival was ok, coffee shop or simple cafe would have been nice. impossible to walk to the marina it seems which was a shame.

Review 38：Nobody assist us on our luggage the moment we arrive to the hotel. Though our luggage was not that big but we have 2 kids with us. One was 3 yrs old and the other one is 3 months old. The guest relation who assist us upon check in was so friendly but I did not expect that nobody will accompany us to the room considering that we are first timers and we need to go through a lot of direction and lift to reach our assigned room. I just don't know if this is the hotel's standard but as far as I am working in a luxury hotel for a period of 7 yrs., there is always somebody who will bring guest and guide them to their rooms. Also, some staff just ignore us and did not even greet us when our path crossed at the guest floor corridor. There is even one guy who just stare at me. But overall staying experience is good.

Staff were pleasant, well trained and readily available to assist with anything - Ammaan and Michael were very good to us. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. A very special thank you to the assistant manager, Mr Mohamed Fawzy who took special care of us when we checked in, as it was my daughter's birthday. He arranged for a cake to be delivered to our room and gave us a room with exceptional views. Overall an enjoyable stay. We will defibitely be returning.

The area between the check in (lobby) and the elevator to the marina wing smelt of cigars/smoke which is strange since it is supposed to be a non smoking hotel.

Review 128：We reserve marina view room. The time we reached they show us a room in the other side of the bulding ( which is not a marina view room) I refused it. The resebtion transferred me to the Assistant Manager: Katty Oliveira, she was not helpful at all and she was to much rode. And she was saying we do not have other room and we are in high occupancy and she was not care about us as gusts like we do not reserve a nice hospitality in 5 star hotel. After fighting with her she changed our room which was a marina view. Then I complained and I asked for the general manager Mr. Mark they said he is in a vacation but Mr. Nasir Jinnah the night Manager contacted me and he offered us free breakfast. But I will not back this hotel at all. This lady Katty Oliveira she made us hate this hotel. And actually it is not deserve to be 5 star hotel. It is like 3 star hotel.
