Review 1：Cannot think of any.

Review 2：It was low season in end Nov so we were given two rooms to choose from. They have very good room. It is convenient, close to train station, supermarkets and town centre. Poschiavo is charming, nice quiet area for a short stay. Really nice owner and staff. Good food, we had breakfast and dinner there. We were given train pass to travel between Tirano to St Moritz for the days of our accommodation which was a nice surprise. Good facilities and amenities. Good heating system for shower and room so kept us comfortable in the cold weather.

Review 3：Setting was excellent. The owner and staff were exceptional and took care of every need. We had a most enjoyable meal in the outdoor courtyard restaurant.

Review 5：A delightful hotel with a wonderful very modern suite to which we were upgraded. Also the smaller modern rooms are charming. Rooms to the back and the side are very quiet despite the fact that the hotel is on the main road. Breakfast is delicious and the sauna is relaxing after a day of hiking. Staff are super helpful and friendly.

Review 10：Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Sister hotel in main square serves excellent meals. Very relaxed atmosphere.

Review 11：There was suppose to be wifi in the room but it didn't work during our two night stay. In the lobby area it did work tolerable.

Review 12：Breakfast was good, staff was nice and location was ideal. Train staton is near and yet location is quiet and the clock tower doesn't bother since it is not near the hotel. There is also possibility to use bikes and steam bath.

Review 13：When checking out the receptionist told me that because my credit card was issued in the UK I had to pay in British currency and that paying in Swiss francs was not an option. The exchange rate used in the transaction added about £10 to my bill.

Review 14：Great location, just moments from the railway station. The room had a rustic feel but was completely refurbished and very comfortable. Free internet available in rooms (network cable available free of charge from reception) and WiFi in public areas. The buffet breakfast was fresh and delicious. The restaurant was excellent, and dinner in the garden on a warm summer evening should not be missed. The staff were welcoming and very helpful.
