Review 1：Great location right off the highway very quiet and easy to find. We stayed on the second floor and we did not hear the traffic or noise. The bathroom was newly renovated. Vanity has lots of storage for cosmetics etc. Lots of new and clean towels and and the beddings was very comfy. Lovely breakfast as well with friendly staff. Cannot complain. We will definitely stay again.

Review 2：The staff was amazing. As an English speaking couple travelling to a French speaking province it was a little terrifying but the staff at the hotel made it feel like home and was totally understanding and helpful.

Review 3：Aircon in our room didn't work - but we didn't mention it until check out, otherwise I'm sure the staff would have done something about it.

Review 9：Front desk staff English wasn't the best. And we had arrived early and they did not offer to try to locate a room that was ready we had to come back 2 hours later.

Review 11：The wifi is free, but seems to drop in and out a bit, as well as you need to keep logging in if you aren't using it constantly. The first room we were given smelled like stale smoke. It ended up being a bit noisy on a Friday and Saturday night stay.

Review 12：The staff were super nice and helpful. When we asked for a new room due to the smell of the one we were given, we were changed right away. The play pen for our son to sleep in was all ready in the room when we got there. As long as you have a car, it was really close to shopping and restaurants.

Guy was so unprofessional. -Breakfast is very poor -Not worth the amount of money paid for, you can get a 4 stars better hotel for the amount you pay in this one. -If you booked a room for 2 and asked for 2 separate beds previously, make sure to contact them before so they do not charge you an extra fees for a second bed, since what happened with me is that they claimed they did not receive my notice about the 2 separate beds and I had to pay, money was not the issue but felt like being ripped off!

Review 21：I was woken up in the night at midnight by a crash on the door and afight in the hall.I turned on my light and a huge black bug landed on me.I took it to the office .I was told I would be compensated but haven't heard anything to date.

Review 22：The staff was great, super kind and funny! She gave us clear directions where our room was and all the info we needed, the bed was very cosy and everything was in place and clean. WIll definitely stay again!

Review 23：Promoted Italian restaurant "Graffitis" was closed due to renovation! - We would have appreciated to know this before booking! For breakfast we had to go to the hotel next door where the breakfast room was too small for all the guests of two hotels. The wifi stopped too often :-(

Review 74：Stay here often, by choice. Staff is always great. Facilities are neat and clean and a good value for the $. Nice restaurant with excellent service from attendant staff. Convenient to the highways, airport and reasonable to downtown.

Review 75：Unfortunately, we stayed in a non-smoking section of the hotel, but the smell of cigarettes, poorly masked by toxic chemicals, was palpable. In fact we spent the better part of the night hacking and coughing... not great when you're getting up at 5 AM, which many travellers in a highway-side hotel will be. Hotel is run down; initial impressions are that it's a dive, dirty and lacking basic functions like elevators. But, hey, you're saving money, right? Wrong. Not worth the savings when there's a much better Quality Inn next door charging a nominal $12 extra per night.

Review 76：Good location, a short walk to a bus stop and then the metro into town, takes about 45 minutes and costs $5. If not interested in going into Montreal proper, there are a lot of shopping and restaurant locations nearby if you have a vehicle (which you do, if you're staying here, I assume). Wi-Fi, TV, etc., all acceptable. Water pressure in shower was good and temperature, too.
