Review 1：The beds were not comfortable and the childrens bed they set up wiuld have fit 2 toddlers not 2 older children. We asked in advance and they daid it was fine, but not really.

Review 2：The staff was very helpful and nice.

Review 3：-The phone in the room didn't work. When i mentioned it to the receptionist, she just asked which room and apologized. Didn't offer to change room or to send someone to repair it. -there is a sound system in the bathroom to enable you to listen to the TV when it's on. It's very loud and you cannot switch it off.
