Review 1：Not all of the staff were friendly and polite. When we arrived to check in we were greeted very professionally and friendly but then when we came in later the man at the front desk didn't even look up.

Review 2：We like that we were able to upgrade the room we booked online to more fun room for kids. So instead of a regular room with two queen beds and we were able to get a suite with a king size bed and bunkbeds for the girls.

Review 19：the beds were too soft and pillows too large.the toilet seat would not stay up because the vanity top was in the way.my wife received a shock from the hair dryer plug which in turn tripped the breaker which nobody could reset because the panel was locked.we were in a hurry to get the airport early in the morning so i moved one of the lamps into the bathroom so we could see and my wife plugged the hair dryer into a socket in the hallway.if we had more time we would have asked a refund on our room bill.we found the room very unexceptable

Review 20：The pillows were too hard, had to toss them aside to sleep. Should be a simple fix if you want to have guests coming back. We are not planning to return.

Review 21：We were very disappointed in the pillows, had to try and get a softer one that wasn't so high. We were a family of 6 adults and NO one liked the pillows. We finally slept without the pillows at all. Not what we paid for that's for sure. A pillow should be a minimum expense for a hotel, to keep the guests happy and comfortable. The mattress was also kind of mushy with dips in it. Also the cleaners left a dirty cleaning rag on the bathroom counter. Not pleasant. I just left it, didn't want to touch it. So mainly due to the pillow situation, we decided not to book with Sandman Signature Prince George again. And would not recommend it either.

Review 26：There was a mix up and house cleaning had called the room ready but in reality it wasn't the front desk immediately offered to move me but I was exhausted from travelling and said no. I realize this was a mistake because I kept finding more issues with cleaning and previous occupants trash and it made me feel like I was in someone else's room. Again I was offered a new room I just felt hesitant to say yes. Should have taken it! The TV received an analogue signal and the selection of channels and picture quality was really bad. Some stations were inwatchable. Quality of materials in room seemed sub par. I could appreciate what the hotel was trying to be but better quality would have helped. There was a door separating the bathroom from bedroom and it was spring loaded and would slam. There was no way to keep it open. This made getting up in the night a bit of a trauma. As with most hotels these days - too many flashing lights at night in the sleeping area! Windows open and this is a plus - but no screens

Review 27：I was checked in by someone who went above and beyond. I was offered an upgrade to a suite and a cheaper rate! The kitchen was really big and the hotel actually provides dishes and a drying rack and soap. Not always the case with a suite. Food from restaurant as good. I ordered something aid own inspired in keeping with the theme.

Review 114：When we first got our room, it was dirty. A quick trip to the front desk cleared it up quickly and a new room was issued.

Review 115：Décor is amazing and the bed is like sleeping on a cloud! I have stayed here before so I was more than eager to bring my girlfriend here on our roadtrip to Alaska. Also we arrived at 3 a.m. so, to our surprise, they extended our check-out to 2 p.m. so we could enjoy the room!

There seems to be very little sound dampning from room to hallway, and from room to room. it was very clear that the people in other room were making out, and u could hear every sound in the hallway. Then we were undeer the impression that checkout was at 12 noon (that's what the website said) but we had the maid service try and walk in on us at 1045. Good thing we had the latch done up. When we told the front. Counter upon checkout....her comment was "I don't do the website. Checkout is at 11"
