Review 1：No shelves in the room, only hangers. No kettle. Doorway to bathroom had a string-curtain, no door.
Review 2：Friendly staff, excellent service, modern bathroom, beautiful antique furniture, quality linen/towels, free drinking water. Double glazed windows blocked street noise. Carpeted corridors and quiet doors. Fresh cut fruit at breakfast.
Review 3：The room was very hot (due to the weather !!!! ) and a little uncomfortable at night as windows wide open for air so very loud if at the front.

Review 7：The staff were superb! Very helpful and welcoming. They showed me the back entrance, gave me a free transportation card, showed me how to get to each point of interest, and in the morning, I was late for breakfast, but they still provided me with free hot cocoa, bread, and cake. I would definitely recommend staying here!
Review 8：There was no lift which was very tiring for us since we were on the third floor. There was no dustbin in the room!! Almost no English speaking staff. There was no cupboard in the room! No air conditioning too!! They did not replace the bathroom amenities any of the three days of our stay even after having finished. Finally funnily enough in the month of July we were given a bed with a winter quilt...for the amount we paid it is the worst value for money I have ever received!! Very poor hotel would not suggest it to anyone

Review 10：Staff wasn't overly friendly (but not horrible either, just adequate). Value for money was really poor though, paid 220CHF for a twin room that wasn't much over 2* quality. No aircon either.

Review 22：Small room with one small window. Bathroom was a doorless alcove opposite the bottom of the bed. No privacy in the bathroom at all. Breakfast was very limited. Plates and bowls had run out. When I asked for a bowl the waitress took the dirty ones from the next table, took them out and rinsed them and brought them back wet!

Review 28：The Parking is paid ,but ask for a card at the reception ,she/he does not tell they have this. The hotel is old not too well insulated but clean. The room on the alley-side was noisy and smelly from the kitchen,until 22:45. The restaurant-bill cannot be put on the room. The washing machine and cleaning lady starts at 7:30-8:00 am ..Waking you up.. WHY?? Do this in the afternoon ..let your guests rest.. that is why they hire the room generally..
