Review 1：At the arrival we had a bad experience with the reception staff. Language was a problem, but the manners were what surprised me more, in a negative way. I can even say this is the rudest person we met in our trip. With his basic English only thing he said (again, in a very bad mood) "What do you want?". Actually, I wanted to ask if I can park the car in front meanwhile we put the luggage in the room. Rest of the staff was very nice,although language was a problem, they were very nice to us.
Review 2：The location cannot be better, just a few steps of the castle and in general pretty accessible. Nearby some nice places to eat and enjoy the good local wines.
Review 3：For the price and based on the reviews I had bigger expectations. Not something special, the room was clean but simple, more like 3 star equipment and feeling.

Review 5：Small inconveniences: The shower is fixed high at wall, and it is not very convinient to be used. The doble bad was two single beds put together.
Review 6：The staff was great, they waited foe us two hours after the latest check-in-time and made a dinner reservation before the restorant's kitchen cloased. Everything was preasant and logical. The room was wider and spacier than in the pictures. The breakfast was excellent, nothing too fancy but it covers everything expected, inclunding Nutella and Camembert ;)
Review 7：On one night they had an open air live band at the bar next door. It was load then - but I wouldn't see this as a fault of the hotel....
Review 8：The rooms were decently sized, quiet and clean. Breakfast was good. Limited parking is available. WIFI was of good quality
Review 9：The restaurant shuts really early and the desk isn't manned after 8:00 so it wasn't easy to find somewhere to eat. As it turned out there were lots of places behind the hotel but these were not immediately obvious. I would recommend wandering around what appear to be quiet streets when you are looking for a place to eat because there is actually a reasonable amount of choice.

Review 16：Our room faced the rather narrow street and people occasionally talked loudly outside and there was some traffic, hence noise. Also, it would be nice to have some exercise facilities. But these were all minor things - there are rooms facing the other way and exercise can be obtained by walking in the adjacent enormous park.

Review 20：While booking a single room and asking for quiet room with a bathtube I have been contacted by hotel and offered spacious apartment instead with no price increase. Delicious breakfast with good selection of various food was served before the usual hour. Comfortable, very close to the park and the castle.
