Review 1：Decor is a little dated...but I would expect that at a budget motel.
Review 2：Excellent value, and I really liked the quiet off-highway location. We arrived at night and the view of all the city lights was really pretty. Everything was very clean & the bed was very comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly, and very accommodating of dogs.

Review 6：I don't know how people rate this place so highly. I have stayed in many hotels and motels, hostels, lodges, resorts, and I don't expect the best - but with a place reviewed so highly I expected this to be comfortable. The couch was wedged in the room next to the bed, then a bedside table wedged in the corner on its side - no access to it, they just tried to make everything fit! The floor had black hair on it and my partner and I don't have black hair! The worst part was the noise from upstairs... We couldn't watch tv and we were woken at 6am from some person upstairs doing 10,000 steps in their room. When I told staff upon check out to not put anyone else in our room for the sake of the noise upstairs they didn't seem to care. I guess for $80 you get what you pay for

Review 8：I've stayed at this place three or four times for 3-4 nights each over the past several years, and have always been very satisfied with the place. If I have one complaint, it is the air conditioning which is somewhat noisy. It takes a night or two to get used to.
Review 9：This is an older motel but it's location was ideal for the work I was doing. It has also been updated, so the room's furnishings were very nice, but the real winner was how clean the room was and how spotless, bright and fresh the sheets, pillow cases and towels were.

Review 12：We have stayed here many times on our way to Vancouver. The rooms are always clean, it is a quiet location with easy accessibility to the highway. The staff were particularly kind when we had to change plans due to a family member's death.

I like to sleep with the heat turned down a bit at night but was unable to do this because there were no extra blankets in the room and the fleecey one on the bed wasn't quite warm enough for this.
