Review 1：We stayed an extra night on New Years. The hotel honoured our rate, which was a lot less than the internet rate. Great pool, spacious room and the restaurant is excellent!

Review 2：The restaurant Romeo's was good but served farmed smoked salmon in the buffet. If they continue to serve any farmed salmon, we wouldn't eat there again as we boycott restaurants that do.

Review 8：Fridge buzzed all night. Bathroom light buzzed. Temperature in room was locked and we could not cool the room down. Room faced indoor pool, which made us feel claustrophobic. If we wanted to open blinds or sit out on our balcony we had to watch the people swim in the pool, which was very strange.

Review 14：If you do not like the smell of chlorine ensure to book a room facing towards the outside/ city, because of the pool area in the center of the hotel.

Review 16：3 lamps burned out upon arrival. One never worked. Beds too hard. Pillows terrible. House keeping was poor, did not exchange dirty glasses or wipe up table mess. We had to gather everything and leave it in one spot the second day to get them to clean it up.

Review 21：Kamloops is a great stopover for going juat about anywhere In Canada. the hotel facilities were great. my Grandson need crowbarring out of the pool. the room was clean and fairly quiet considering the freeway next to the hotel

Review 22：We stayed at this hotel for one night in May/15. We liked it so much we spent three nights in Aug/15. Overall, a great place. Nothing negative at all. In particular we loved the restaurant. Try the meatloaf! Close to shopping, lots of parking, we'll be back.

Review 23：Location is just off the highway so easy to access. On site restaurant has good food though a bit pricey. Restaurant also has a deck with a nice view of the city and river.

The bathtub/shower provided only very small shelving space (along the edge of the tub) to accommodate shampoo bottles, etc. The vanity had two small drawers, but only at the bottom of the unit underneath open shelves for towels.

Front desk staff suggested across the street location that was open - when we got there 10 or 15 minutes later we were informed that the kitchen had closed. It would be helpful if the front desk staff were able to inform us that the kitchen across the street closes at x time.

Motorcycles and cars were parked right outside the bedroom windows and first thing in the morning it would wake up my children. The AC was awful either your room was an artic waste land or a sauna very poor controls. Room service .. We came back to find out door open with the maid long gone. She clearly didn't check to make sure th door shut on her way out and we're lucky nothing was stole.

There was dust everywhere. The beds had different hair in it Blonde and Black both I presume to be women.

Review 60：No one mentioned a damage deposit and I only found this out by looking at my credit card statement. I think that if this is a practice of your hotel it should be stated in the rates. Why should you have my money for three days before it is returned? Very poor!!

Review 64：The way they handled the mess up. They came and check up with us at 10:00pm after we just had a long day of travel. Scared us by waking us up just to say is everything ok now. It was so unprofessional and didn't even do much about sending us to a room that already had some couple in it. What is we walked in on them? They where mad and yelled at us in a different language because they where put into the situation where they probably where scared as well. I really like the hotel and that is why I choose your facility but, the hole thing about sending us to a room that had people in it and not really doing anything but, checking up on us at 10:00 pm by knocking on the door is totally unprofessional
