Review 1：It was in a great location, clean and comfortable rooms. The staff at reception were helpful and friendly, some of the restaurant staff provide an excellent service, however it was a shame that not all were trained in customer service. One small area they could improve on, overall our stay was very good.

Review 10：On arrival at the hotel reception we settled in the room without a balcony, but I wrote it and ordered a balcony. When we changed the room turned out that only in the photographs have furniture on the balcony. Plus, there was a dirty floor !! At the reception there is not any information about the castle. After a long walk and dinner, we returned to the room and went to bed. We woke up on that in our number who is walking. It turned out to be a dog from the next room !! They climbed the balcony and the separator passed through the torn mosquito net. It is not nice to wake up in his room in the company of other dogs. After a call to the reception we had to wait for that 2:00 to staff solved the problem with the dogs. Rooms committed thin walls you can hear the conversations of the neighbors !! Rooms disgusting smell of old carpet, I think it is good not to have never washed !! It is more like a good hostel !! In the morning after a sleepless night when we went down to the reception and said that we wanted to leave before the staff did not even apologize. When I booked, I wrote in wishing that she would make her husband a birthday gift to spend time in your quiet and romantic hotel !! But alas, no one reads the wishes of the hotel. This is the worst day and night spent in it !! Thank you for the spoiled birthday !!По приезду в отель рецепция заселила нас В номер без балкона, хотя я писала и заказывала именно с балконом. Когда нам поменяли номер выяснилось что только на фотографиях есть мебель на балконе. Плюс ко всему там был грязный пол!! На рецепции нет ни какой информации о работе замка. После долгой прогулки и ужина мы вернулись в номер и легли спать. Проснулись от того что по нашему номеру кто то ходит. Это оказались собаки из соседнего номера!! Они пролезли под разделителем балкона и прошли сквозь порванную москитную сетку. Очень не приятно проснутся в своем номере в компании чужих собак.

Review 14：This hotel was a good distance away from Brno about 30km but was fine for us as we had a car. It was in a beautiful little town packed full of restaurants a beautiful park and an overall pretty place it was perfect for those like us that wanted easy access to Brno but wanted to stay outside it. Breakfast was really good, the room was nice size and clean and had a shower and bath
