Review 1：It's a typical Swiss hotel, with all the facilities needed for a good sporty stay in Pontresina. Plenty of hiking trails, cross country skiing, amazing comunal spa & pool "Bellavista" is just 10 mins away. I really loved my stay here, rooms are very silent and clean, great mountain views.

Review 2：The receptionist was fantastic as we had problems reaching the hotel due to roads. On arrival they cooked us a much needed meal eventhough they had a gala dinner on. The manager and staff were brilliant and they made us feel very welcome in their lovely hotel. Breakfast was also 10 out of 10! Mr Williams

Overall design, spacious and comfortable rooms, generous breakfast, charismatic owner, friendly staff (we are sending :-) to the helpful ladies at the reception), whirpool under the roof, lovely dinners on the garden terrace ..... Plus the location amidst a beuatiful countryside.

Review 7：the hotel looks really good, everything is fresh and new. The car/bike/ski park is really large. The staff is really helpfully and friendly the made us feel welcome immediately. The breakfast is really nice. I was surprised to see a really good and large tea selection.

Review 8：The hotel is slightly outside of Ponteesina on the main road The bathroom was stylish but the wet room shower means that the whole bathroom floor gets wet after a shower

Review 11：The staff are extremely friendly and helpful as well as informed about the region for all sorts of useful information from activities to transport. Breakfast was sumptuous and well presented. The rooms are not very big but adequate and very tidy. The design is pleasing without being overbearing. The location out of town suited us perfectly.

Review 12：Awesome stay. We loved the location away from town. Right outside the hotel door are beautiful paths for walks and hikes. The river, a waterfall and a climbing wall - all right at the doorstep of Hotel Palue. Completely renovated rooms done up so cozy and fitting the mountain location. Views of the mountains from all sides. Great underground parking with access to your room. Bar, Dining room and Restaurant facilities all beautifully renovated...with more new rooms opening for the coming summer. We will back to see it all completed. Enjoyed absolutely everything. Great location to start out on a biketour. Food, staff, service and atmosphere are all excellent. Just perfect...

Review 13：location. not only the hotel stand apart 800v from the village of Pontresina, but it's right on the road and is exposed to the sun only 2 hours a day... most of a personnel don't speak English. the menu was finally translated into English by the end of our stay ))

Review 17：First liked the staff, very friendly. Probably more people doesn'tlike the location, cause it is a bit far from Languard ski area (forbeginners), however there is a car (hotel's) which can drive youeverywhere you want as well as pick up from everywhere, which is reallynice. For the other slaloms like Diavolezza... You can go by bus (busstation is really close to hotel), otherwise you can get there withhotel's car. (There is a charge for it, which will be included intothe hotel bill). For us it was 200 chf for 5 days.
