Review 1：The room didn't have a water kettle or a nespresso machine. I really hate when the drain in the bath tub doesn't take in the the flow of water coming from the shower. I think just because we reserved the rooms on booking.com they didn't give us rooms facing the lake !!

Review 11：Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are beautiful and so is the view. Extremely convenient to walk around the city. It took us 5 -15minutes to walk over to landmarks such as Einstein's house and the Bear Garden and Rose Garden

Review 13：Amazing, there's really not much to add when speaking about the bellevue, it's a wonderful experience altogether, the staff was very friendly and helpful, room was perfect, the view over the river Special tip, if you like gin tonics as much as i do, they have a gin tonic bar magistraly runned by a young lad called Tom, do try it out as i guarantee you won't be disappointed Special tip number 2, breakfast is amazingly good and the staff is out of this world

Review 16：Warm and friendly welcome. The place is amazing, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable (the bathroom alone is amazing). The devil is in the details, and every detail has been cared for. The bar is the perfect place to chill out or have a little bite. Location is perfect too.

Jasmin at the front desk was great & Oatrick, the Coniceirge was the best in all of my3 weeks in Switfzerland (& we were at 5stars spots most everywhere). Patrick helped w/ excursions & travel plans each day & seemed so glad to assist. I only compare this Hotel to The Plaza in NEw York City, but w/ better service & less crowded.

My onlycomplaint is the placement of the tv in the room, too low and thereforeimpossible to view from the bed, especially with the suitcase rack atthe end of the bed. There should be a rack against the wall and the tvmounted on the wall.

Review 73：The hotel is beautiful and placed centrally in the city so, it is easy to go out and explore restaurants and shopping. If you are a runner, you can run along magnificent path along river. Staff is friendly and helpful and the room was really comfortable with a beautiful room facing river and hills. We thought the Double deluxe was actually nicer than the junior suite...in case
