Review 1：Demanded money back because when we returned to room after evening out. There was no cold water and the hot water pipes made so much sqeeling sleep was not possible

Review 5：The girls that were working at the Front Desk were NOT hospitable at all. When you check in a hotel you expect a nice welcome, but it was very strict to the point, and without much smiling either. When we wanted to ask something during out stay we always felt we were asking too much, even though it was just about asking how to get to a place. Then at check out you expect something like "I hope you had a good stay, where are you going now, how did you like Whistler", just a little chat. But again very strict and to the point. We live in Vancouver, but we are both from the Netherlands, and we find the hospitality in Canada always soooo good (we both work in the hospitality industry ourselves), so the fact that these girls were not from Canada was totally noticable. Giving a smile, and being friendly is a service that is free, is doesn't cost much energy, so it should always be there in a hotel.

Review 8：Friendly helpful staff. Location was terrific right in the heart of the village. Parking was handy, under the building with elevator access.

Review 10：The view was fantastic. Had outside access from patio doors to personal patio chairs. Too cold to use the pool but it looked very nice. It was clean and quiet.

Review 12：The hotel is way above our expectation. Very clean and comfy beds, with microwave, cutlery, and nice little kitchen area. We are so happy with our choice.
Review 13：continental breakfast was not very good, the eggs were kept refrigerated thereby being cold and really quite tasteless. also not to be silly but the size of the butter containers was pretty bad as one needed more than a few to butter one piece of bread. these were also refrigerated and made spreading of butter very difficult.

Review 19：INTERNET IS A BIG BIG PROBLEM. When we complained they said it was the fault of Shaw. No it isn't: YOU NEED TO UPGRADE TO A FASTER INTERNET. We couldn't even do EMAIL properly.

Review 28：-Room did seem to show some signs of disrepair, nothing too serious though -With 2 People sayin it would have been nice to have 2 keys for the room -Wireless was ridiculously slow, I would have prefered to have payed 5$ for a wifi that could actually do something with intstead of what I got. I tried to do an internet speed test on it, and it was impossible to load the page just to start the test.

Review 30：Pillows are huge and too dense, gives one a sore neck sleeping on them. It would be nice if housekeeping left more than one packet of coffee in the room, this comes across as a really cheap move by management.
Review 31：The view is great and the pool is very enjoyable in the Summer months. I like the old school feel of this hotel though it would be amazing if it got renovated with its view and location this would bump it up to a better caliber of hotel.

Review 61：On arrival and during our two night stay, staff were friendly and helpful. There was an excellent Indian restaurant on site (but not connected to Hospitality Inn) Some rooms had an excellent view over Kamloops.
