Review 10：The room was big, well decorated, romantic, very clean, with a big bathroom. We could check in at 14H00, the room was ready. Confortable bed. Good reception opened till 24H00.

Review 12：Excellent location so that you can walk into the old town and see all the sights easily. Fabulous restaurant attached with great meals that are very inexpensive. Secure parking on property.

Review 13：Poor quality for 3 star. Must be a very different rating system in Czech Rep! One staff member very friendly and could speak English. Others could not and were not very friendly. One gave out to us at one point! No air con or fan and temperatures of 38 degrees. We were told what could we expect for 3 star! No kettle in room. The towels smelled really bad. Furniture very dated. Would rate this as an average guest house (maybe 1 or 2 star) not a hotel and certainly not 3 star by international standards. Perhaps suitable for locals but not suitable for international guests.

Review 14：The restaurant food was very good and very cheap

Review 15：The bed is awful. I sleep in a lot cheaper hotels but this just has a 10cm thin, cheap foam mattress on wood. I could hardly walk after a couple of hours sleep and cycling was out of the question. The room is nice but very dusty and both me and my partner woke up wheezing though we haven't had asthma since chidhood. Breakfast was not great. I don't expect too much luxury but we both suffered afterwards (though we only both ate the eggs).

Review 16：Lovely looking hotel in the centre of Kutna Hora. Great bar attatched with an outside area and cheap beer and good food. Hotel has locked room for bikes. Was very clean for a 3 star hotel and had big bathroom and nicely painted room. It's a lovely hotel with a few simple but important failings.

Review 17：The hotel was so great we've decided to extend our stay for another night. Probably the very best restaurant in town. Great view. Friendly staff. Cozy rooms.

Review 20：The restaurant staff, and some receptionists, need some serious customer care training. They were often too relaxed, uninterested or unprofessional. If you have your breakfast at 9, most of the buffet breakfast will be half eaten.

Review 21：The hotel and the room we had were nice, clean, quiet, and pleasant (first floor, room 30). The hotel wellness is worth visiting (we went for the sauna and massage), all pristine clean. The wellness staff were very nice and helpful. We requested a fan for the room, which was prepared when we arrived. The meals in the restaurant were tasty. The wifi worked well.

Review 22：the breakfast with not that good choice with no vegetables. We also tried diner which was very cheap for european standards but this was reflected in the quality. I gues you get what you pay for so theres nothing to compare about if you pay 5 euros for a big meal with grilled duck.

Quiet area, at the edge of city center, close to local train station (from local train station only 8 minutes by train to main station). Good breakfast. FYI: from main station to the local train station ticket costs 8 Czech crowns per person. Taxi driver asked 100 Czech crowns for a ride.

Review 74：About 15-20 minute uphill walk to the major old town attractions. Booking.com GPS data needs to be updated. it takes you to the street entrance of the resturant on a narrow street with no parking, but the actual parking lot and hotel entrance is on a parallel street, which you have to drive around a huge block to get to.

Review 78：The room was out to the back, facing the road, so it was louder. The breakfast and staff were satisfactory. The staff had weaker English.

Review 80：1. Where to begin. It was extremely hot in the room (no AC) and with the window open I got all the noise from the pub/restaurant down below (I was on second level). I got absolutely NO sleep whatsoever my first night between the heat in the room and noise that came from below until 3:30 a.m. 2. No shampoo in the bath at all, just a tiny round bar of soap. 3. The internet was not good in the room, kept cutting in and out. 4. Advertised as soundproof rooms, but even with the windows closed, I got all kinds of noise from below.

Review 83：The staff and the food were wonderful! We had a room that was cool despite not having air-conditioning on a very hot day. It was convenient to the city center and walkable (but long) to the ossuary. Very close to the train station. On site dining made it an easy one night stay.

Review 84：- The rooms are cozy, clean and we had a shower not a bath :) - location is just next to the center and 3-4 minutes walk from the Saint Barbara's Church - the food in the restaurant is really very good. we tried 2 others in the city, but in the hotel's restaurant was the best.
