Review 1：Maybe because I was traveling in low season (and I was there during the week and not in the weekend) the staff didn't speak English, and it was not possible to pay with credit card either.

Review 9：You should not expect much here. It's a pension, so it's very basic. I would bring towels from home as the ones they supply are paper thin. So with shower gel. The heating was turned off during the nights (exactly when I needed it) so it was pretty freezing, even though it was the beginning of November and the temperatures were well above zero. Additionally, the owner speaks just Czech and her son speaks English/German. The breakfast was of very poor quality. I would give it up altogether and eat something better outside. You have to pay in cash and in Czech currency. As a summary, maybe I was expecting something a bit western in Kutná Hora and maybe it's the best you can get for such money and I can't say I wouldn't come back there and stay there, just with low expectations.
Review 10：The location, though not directly in the old town, is just next to it, and even though it's on the main road, is very quiet. Internet worked well. The shower was hot and has good pressure. The room is nice and clean, though nothing retro in it, maybe the communist style breakfast?

Review 15：The location is perfect for beginning a walking tour to center and also to Cathedral Barbara. Room very attractive, comfortable, and nice--many amenities. Son speaks perfect English. A very good choice for any traveler. Good restaurant nearby and excellent breakfast at hotel, Coffee and tea service in hall at all times.
