Campus Hotel Hertenstein sells fast on our site. Located on a peninsula on the shores of Lake Lucerne and directly at the boat stop, Campus Hotel Hertenstein was newly renovated in 2013 and features en-suite rooms with balcony and beautiful views of the lake, the Central Swiss Mountains or the Hertenstein Peninsula.
Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a minibar with non-alcoholic beverages, a desk and a bathroom with shower or bath tub.
Breakfast is available every morning.
The hotel also provides a sauna, a small fitness room, a private boat jetty, 12 meeting rooms and free WiFi in the entire property.

Review 4：Fantastic location a little bit away from Lucern or Zurich. It was amazing to be right on Lake Lucern with fantastic views of the lake and the mountains and lakeside dining. Ferry boat arrives and departs right at your doorstep. Highly recommend and will return.

Review 5：A hotel with sex bomb! Please I ask your attention to reed this till theend to understand our disappointment. You book a Deluxe Double Room withLake View, you pay 330 euros. You arrive, wait till 15:00 o'clock tofinally get your room (a little bit strange we thought because the hotellooked like empty, but ok, if you have to wait you just wait). At thetime the manger told us to come back 3.00p you get the key of your roomand for your big surprise this is not the room you say at the web, withso many promises, just another king of room, much inferior to what theysell at the web....what do you do? Well, you try to change it and arguewith the manager that was not the room you had booked. He just tells youthat this is the last available room of this category and thatunfortunately he can't do anything about that. You go back to yourroom, very disappointment. What can you do? Well, you decide to take alook at the website of the hotel and see very clearly that there haveother rooms of the same category you've booked available. Oh??? Thisis not nice, you have waited so much to get a room, gets a wrong one andstill her things that are not the truth. Ok, you decide to go down, backto the reception. Arriving there you tell the manager that you could seeat the website of the hotel that they have more rooms and that he didnot told you the truth. You ask him that you would like to get anotherroom, a room according with the category you have booked. Then themanager don't say anything and goed to his computer, starts lookingat it, looking and looking at his computer together with another guy,finally he tells you that he has another room for you. What asurprise....? Ok, you get another key, he shows you the room, ask you ifyou like it. When I enter this new room, I felt directly that this roomhad an air conditioning on, although they say they don't have airconditioning at the hotel...

Review 7：- My staying in the hotel was a nightmare becuse the hotel does not have air condition in the rooms. . It was very hot inside the rooms and we had hard time to sleep. - The breakfast was poor and very limitted.

I think I can get similar hotel in Luzern or Interlaken with much less price.

Review 93：The only thing that bothered us was the light in the bathroom. There is no switch to turn the light off, just the motion sensor that turns the light on. It's really annoying in the middle of the night when you become bedazzled by it for couple of minutes.

The view of the lake is mind blowing, facilities are modern and very comfortable, and the staff was very helpful and willing to help. Special thanks to Andi for making our first evening at the hotel very cozy and to Laura for her resourcefulness and huge willing to help. We will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Review 95：It's still some reamainings of repair at the hotel, though it's not indicated on booking. com. But it creats some noice actually. I find 20 franks per night is too much for a dog of 1.4 kg. Under big wish I could just don't show her :)) If you are without car, it's a problem to find something to eat nearby. You need to walk minimum 20 min. or use the hotel cafe/rest, that limits your choice.

Review 96：The rooms are really comfortable and clean. Brakfast is full and for any choice. Very pets friendly. Location is juust perfect for hiking and travelling by car/ship. Internet, parkinf for free.

The breakfast was generous and nicely served. The staff was very kind. So comfortable the ship right in front of the hotel that allow to reach Luzern in half an hour. Review 98：The shower's cabin didn't close properly, so it was a little flood after each shower. Cannot turn off the light in the bathroom - but I guess it is more electricity waste then annoying the guests... The rest was almost perfect!

Review 102：The staff, especially one lady in particular, were quite rude. First ofall, regarding a matter, they said they would call us back (and even themanager said he would) and they never did. Secondly, our room had no acand when we inquired why, they said it wasn't a priority and theydon't care to ask guests when checking in whether they want ac ornot. And specifically, that lady told us: I can't build an ac foryou so wat do you want. Also, the rooms were tiny!! And for that price,its not worth it. It doesn't fit two medium luggage bags. Theres notmuch variety at breakfast. The hotel doesn't offer any shuttle tothe bus station which is 30 mins walk away and we were restricted tocoming back at 7pm every night because that was the time of the lastferry. They had no slippers, robes, or even adapters. Overall, thisshould be a 3 star hotel and prices should be cheaper.

Review 107：This hotel was remodeled 4 weeks ago so it provides new and clean facilities.All of rooms has panorama views of lake and mountain except for normal room. But it also has half-panorama view. The garden cafe looks cozy with a view of lake. The breakfast inside the lake is unforgettable. Hertenstein ferry station is just in front of hotel so it is easy to go to Vitsnau or Lucern. The staff was so kind that they tried to provide vood service. As soon as we requested an electric kettle and curtain to block the light, they promptly solved it. Actually, the terrace has electric blind and you don't need a curtain.We had dinner in the restaurant for 2days. It was also great. I recommend Swiss farmers sausage and steak. Iplan to visit next year and recomment it to my friends.
