Review 1：I had ciabatta panini at the bar in the afternoon. The bread was wet underneath and didn't taste nice. Probably frozen for a long time.

Review 2：I had a room in the new wing. The room and the bathroom were of a good size. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed that breakfast on Sunday was available until 12. Unfortunatley I had no time to visit the spa.

Review 3：A warm welcome at check in, the spacious and light room, the huge picture window in the bar with a view of the mountains, breakfast in the grand dining room.

Review 4：Room with south view, beautiful terrace, lovely lobby, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, the amenities like spa, fitness facility, etc. were very nice.

Review 5：The hotel had a great breakfast every morning but one thing I do think they need to change are the tea pots. The tea pots were oriental looking but not functional. The water did not stay hot, thus the tea was never hot. OK look but something else would work much better!

Review 6：The hotel was recommended by friends. It was cool and rainy so we especially enjoyed the spa. An added plus was that the hotel gave us transportation passes that we could use on all the buses, trains and gondolas, etc. in the area. That was great to use for our hiking trips.

Review 17：Everything was amazing. Fantastic rooms, views, beds, bathroom. The staff were incredibly customer focused. Every single person was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fab and went on until 12. We even rented a super electric bike which got up to 40kmh uphill!

Review 19：The room is very clean, comfortable and very bright with a large window facing the hotel's garden. We could see the glacier from the room. The staff are helpful. The location is centre of the town and close to the tourist information office and the church. The town is very small, you can walk to everywhere in the town. If you are considering to go to Engiadina region in summer, I personally recommend to stay in Puntraschigna as it is more relaxing and comfortable than St Moritz.
