Review 1：Older fellow who checked us in was not welcoming, didn't smile, hardly spoke at all. His English was good, as I heard him talking afterwards to a MAN. Thin walls, crazy ranting guy in the room next door, didn't stop until around 6 am. On the other wall was a drunk fellow in and out of his room all night. Towels and sheets were scratchy and needed to be bleached. No airconditioning.
Review 2：bed was good, room was OK size. Shower was good. TV good. WiFi minimal, seems like it was intentionally made that way.
Review 3：Although we stipulated in booking, that we would be arriving late- our reception was cold, borderline rude. Their is no air conditioning, even though it states on the web site that they do have it. It is tucked away on a small street, away from any services, is dark and not well lit.

Review 5：Where do I begin? The owner at the desk could not speak English, We had booked a double room, however as it turned out I was solo. I was not offered any credit for only one person. The room was extremely hot as there was no working control for the heat. Room was very tired and all finishes needed an upgrade. The telephone did not work. I could not speak to anyone in English as no one spoke it. I wanted my money back and wanted to go somewhere else but he knew what I was asking and refused to refund me my money. Had to leave the front door open to make room comfortable. Had a terrible night's sleep (or lack of it) Please take this Hotel off your list. Brian Hein

My mother had passed away early hrs of morning & my adult son had requested no room service so I could sleep (rest).. Request was not followed thru.. I later checked out & stayed with comfort inn Whom were soo super awesome with my grieving..
Review 10：Bed was hard and not enough pillows. The heating stayed on all night and you had no control of the temperature. Rooms could do with updating. Walls were very thin as we could hear the neighbours snoring during the night.

Review 17：This a very poor place in all respects I work construction and am not picky about where i sleep,but i would not recommend this place to anyone. Dont let the cheaper price entice you. The soap provided in the shower was even poor quality. about the only good thing was the available parking as there were no other customers
Review 18：When we came in we had to wait for the clerk to hold his conversation in his personal phone... meanwhile when he was booking us in he didn't even take his cell phone off his ear, then he tried to push a smoking room after we told him five times that we didn't want it. Later in the night after going to get food our TV didn't work and the guy blamed my boyfriend for breaking it... it took him ten minutes of arguing for him to come help us. Last but not least the walls were paper thin neither of us could sleep due to another rather loud snoring customer. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone just due to the service alone!

Review 77：Please beware - this place is really run-down. The carpet was green and grimy with stains. There was no air-conditioning. Fridge had stale milk left from previous stayer. I booked this place because of the good reviews on Booking.com but I feel that I've been ripped off. And looking at the reviews again, I don't think they are real. Believe me, avoid this place. And the staff were not friendly as well.

I stayed here because I needed to find a place for school and tour the college campus without spending a lot of money. I was very comfortable and the staff were great!

Review 88：I lived in Thunder Bay 30 years ago and drove past the Kingsway many times. This was my first time staying there, and I was quite pleased. It was very well maintained and absolutely spotless. The only thing lacking was an outdoor receptacle for the car. Justin must have been having a bad day!

Review 91：The word to describe this motel is gross. the theoretical 'no-smoking' room had cigarette burns and had been descented with a deoderizer so strong it made my sinuses ache. This was the second room we tried as the first one was so musty it was not habitable. tear it down and start over!
