Review 1：A little smell of cigarette in the room, but not much the staff could do about it on a full occuupancy

Review 2：The staff are really helpful, genuine, smiling and professional The breakfast is really great, with fresh products, live station omelette, fresh orange juice done in front of you, etc... The spa is very nice and clean If skiing, the access and the locker room is absolutely fantastic The hotel location is the best, just at the foot step of the ski slopes and yet in the center of Pas de la Casa

Review 3：So far we have stayed here two years running and are staying again in February. The hotel gets fully booked months in advance so that is a great indication of how good it really is. Location wise it cant be better! Our room this time overlooked the ski lift and mountain, once out the hotel to walk to the lift is about 30 meters! Food as always is good which is why we always go half board. The drinks are cheap as well, which is unusual for a hotel offering full board, you would think that they put up the price but no, in fact we found all of the drinks cheaper in the hotel than the bars/restaurants around! We found that the cheapest bottle of wine if you were to eat out was 17 euros (Lambrusco at that!) but the house wine at Hotel Sporting was excellent at 7.50 euros, which is what you would expect from a tax free country.The price of beer was a lot cheaper as well. Staff are lovely and friendly, especially the restaurant staff.

Review 4：Clean and comfortable hotel. Very close to the ski lifts. Nice breakfast, and varied dinner (especially the tapas selection). The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Review 5：Not the responsibility of the hotel, but some really noisy and rude groups in the SPA ruined the SPA experience, not only for us, but for many others. SPA temperature can be warmer.

Review 9：The staff was very very kind, and helped in every aspect of planning the activities. The hotel facilities - restaurant, spa, rooms and lobby were great. The location is also great - one minute walk from ski lifts.

Review 13：The staff were so friendly, kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, they made us feel very welcome each time they saw us. The buffet food was excellent, and the selection changed each night. The drinks were very reasonably priced, in fact Hotel Sporting's regular priced drinks were equivalent if not cheaper than other bars happy hours!!! Wifi was very good. Location was excellent, right at the bottom of the slopes. I thought that because there was only one spa in the hotel that it was going to be prime real estate for a place in the jacuzzi, but there was plenty of space.

Review 14：Street noise from people turning out of pubs at 4 a.m. Hard bed (for me anyway) and my son's was too short, (although he is 6'1".

Review 19：This is our second visit to hotel sporting. It is very close to the slopes but is not direct to ski you have to walk 150 mt. Food this year was better and good. Hotel is very clean and rooms new. Spa is also very good.

Review 21：The hotel is located 100 meters walk from the lifts. The hotel + rooms are clean and very well maintained. The rooms are equipped with extra large double beds (2 x 1.20 wide!) and Closet room. The complimentary spa is excellent for relaxing after a ski day. And finally, the buffet at breakfast + dinner are very rich in variety and quality food options. We were a group of 8 and every one admired this hotel!

Review 22：Food - poor quality buffets are full with overcooked, over surgared food with no healthy options other than salads. Bad cereal selection, cheap yoghurt, bad croisssants etc - no oatmeal, no museli.. generally very poor - Tourist food - not at all for athletes or people looking to eat healthily. Coffee.. disgusting Water for Tea from same machine was only luke warm Was placed on a the worst table in the entire restaurant for dinner as I was alone - drafty, cold and also no need as there were lots of other seats available

Review 24：The location and facilities of this hotel could not be better. And it is great value for money. The food at breakfast was excellent but the dinner buffet could have been better. Still, perfectly sufficient. Our only gripe with our stay was one very unpleasant and unprofessional female member of reception staff who took objection to a group of 4 young men letting their hair down within the rules of the hotel. Thankfully the reasonable and respectful hotel manager intervened and fully rectified the situation. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone skiing in Andorra.

We had decided to eat out one of the nights but were so disappointed with the restaurants on the main street for lunch that we stays in the Hotel every evening for dinner! Very efficient waiters at the restaurant.

Review 50：I thought for a 4 star hotel the breakfast was very average, using machines for dispensing drinks. Also there was a signal type noise that went on throughout the night almost like a fire signal??

Review 54：The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. My biggest worry was that my daughter is coeliac (wheat/gluten intolerant) and the restaurant manager made sure that every meal she was provided for and made a special effort to give her a variety of food. He was extremely friendly and made us feel very well looked after. The facilities were excellent with heated lockers for our boots and ski equipment. We also enjoyed the spa which we could relax in at the end of a tiring day. The hotel was close to the slopes so only a short walk which was important as our children found it difficult to carry skis and poles very far. Our bedroom was a good size which was clean, warm and comfortable. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Review 57：The food was tourist class buffet style and nothing special. Other hotels in the area have provided more local products and specialist evenings which this hotel did not. The restaurant staff were attentive and the service was excellent, it was just the food choices which were pretty standard fayre. Also worth noting that the car park access is via a parking elevator which was often in need of attention and out of service while we were there, we were faced with delay leaving but this was fixed by a rapid manual intervention.

Review 58：The location is excellent, right by the ski-lifts and close to shops, bars, restaurants etc. The ski lockers and changing facilities were excellent. Rooms were large and comfortable. Having parking on-site was a big bonus vs other hotels we have used in Pas de la Casa which require you to use the public parking as this can be a bit of a struggle with luggage.

Review 59：The only slight downside is the food in the buffet can sometimes be luke warm. The selection, presentation and taste of the food is brilliant but, for me, it would be improved if it was kept hotter.

Review 60：This was my second year staying at Hotel Sporting. The location is amazing, its about 4mins walk in ski boots to the ski lifts. We could see the pistes from our hotel room. Check in was quick, friendly and effecient. Check out was also carried out in this manner. The staff are very friendly and instantly make you feel at home while being professional and informative. The rooms are perfect, they also have a separate dressing room and a large bathroom which are both nice touches. The room was cleaned every day and bath robes and slippers were provided. The room also has blackout curtains which are fantastic at making sure you get a good nights sleep. The spa is my favourite feature of this hotel-it is perfect after a long day skiing, it has a steam room, sauni and jacuzzi. There are also some loungers, if you fancy reading or resting the spa.

Review 61：especially at dinner time the food smel was unbelivable all hotel smelled like the grill. we were at the 5th floor and still corridors smelled like a kitchen. At the explenation it says the hotel is next to ski slopes but it is not ski to go you have to walk around 200 mt with the skis

SPA facilities are very good and free of charge, internet is not that expensive (7 days - 15euro). Personnel is very professional and accomodating. All good, very good value for money.

The windows were very efficiently sound proof, but when the room became stuffy and we opened the windows, the noise of apres ski revellers throughout the night was unbearable. However this was manageable and didn't spoil our holiday- we simply closed the windows again.

The sauna / spa is really reallysmall. From my point of view it starts to become uncomfortably crowdedwith more than 10 people. No towels in the spa area, you have to bringit from your room. Only 4 chairs to sit / lay after a sauna.
