Review 7：No reception at the hotel and you need to check in, out and have breakfast at the hotel next door. Fist night the wifi was slow and didn't work at all on the second. When checking out the POS also didn't work and I had to walk out to withdraw money from ATM.

Review 9：We booked a value deal and had a major issue during checkout. The staff was completely confused with the booking and tried to charge us double even when the booking clearly mentioned the amount. He kept on insisting that he would have to pay extra for us as this booking is not possible and it is a mistake. He called booking.com and made us wait an extra hours or two just to get clarification and even then rudely insisted that he had to pay from his pocket for our stay since a value deal booking is not possible. Never seen such a confused staff in my life.

Review 20：Fantastic location in a suberb room. We have stayed before and despite the owership of the hotel changing hands, it was in excellent condition. The boats on the lake, the cable cars and cog railways are well worth the visit. This hotel is the only one we have ever returned too in many years travelling round Europe.

Review 53：When we arrived at Garni - hotel we saw a note that asked us to check in at the central hotel instead ( located next to Garni). We were also given a room there. The central was newly refurbished, service was excellent! I would definitely recommend it.

Review 54：No slippers for the bathroom. No good shower gel and shampoo. No free coffee, tea or water. No kettle.. We went to the nearest city to buy one and to buy coffee and tea. No refrigator to put our food there. The hotel is perfect for people who would buy everything in advance.

Review 59：This is the best hotel druing our entire trip of 10 days. The hotel is located in beautiful village of Weggis which jjust beside Luzern lake with snow mountain in the back. Hotel staff is very friendly who upgraded our room to bigger size. We really enjoy the staying... will definitely come next time.
