Review 1：Friendly and efficient reception staff. Free bottle of water on arrival. Free internet, unusual in a business hotel. Good quality pillows. Breakfast staff remember a new guest's preference after the first day. Coffee made to order and served in a silver coffee service. And location, location, location!

Review 2：I didnt like The bed was so uncomfortable, the shower freezed me and boiled me every time when I went to the reception no one did anything and told me that they haven't listen a complain like that before

Review 3：It was difficult to leave in the morning because several cars were blocking ours in the garage. It was lucky that we were not needing to catch a flight because it took a while to get everything moved around for us to leave.

Review 4：It was great being across the street from the train station and only a few minutes walk from the lake. The hot tub on top of the hotel was wonderful.

Review 5：Central to everything in Vevey and a short stroll to the lake. Just across the road from the train so very well positioned. Fantastic view facing the hill towards Mt. Pelerin. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. I'll be going back!

Review 6：The room was quite small. The corridor in front of the room was a ramp connecting the 2 buildings and it was quite noisy.

Review 8：The Internet is an extra charge, the parking is an extra charge so the total cost per day ended up being considerably higher than other hotels in the region. The room was extremely small to accommodate 3 adults.

Review 9：I have stayed in this hotel many times and I have seen different rooms. The quality of bed always appears the same. Old mattresses and heavily used, not very clean under the bed sheet itself. In the bathroom water pressure and temperature is changing and sometimes the construction of the shower constraints average tall people. Generally, this hotel has two blocks of rooms.There are new and old ones. The new ones are definitely 4 star, the old ones are 3 stars.

Review 15：1. As many hotels, lighting too dim. 2. Booking was wrong and wrong price, although this could have been Booking.com, blame should also go to the hotel for using an inadequate supplier. 3. It's expensive. 4. No conditioner. 5. No minibar (although I don't use them). 6. No ability to make tea in the room. 7. No hot breakfast available. This is a let down. It's good to start the day with some food. 8. Tea serving pathetic. Warm water and given separate tea bags, as if they want you to add the tea bags yourself. Hence, water not boiling. Also, given Earl Grey when asked for tea.

Review 16：Nice hotel. Nice staff and nice rooms. Like the array of international electricity sockets. They kept my forgotten shirts from my previous trip. They chased me with my forgotten bag. Good restaurant. Good bar. Staff all pleasant.

Review 17：Cleaning staff knocking and immediately walking in the room without listening to a response. And that several times. No air conditioning in the business center. Business center is just a balcony above the loud lobby. Tough to make conference calls.

Review 21：The heavy glass sliding doors on the wardrobe. You had to watch you didn't leave your fingers in the way when sliding the doors - they ran fast and carried a lot of momentum.

Review 36：We found the room rather airless and I slept on the spare bed as my son and I did not wish to share a bed. This bed was rather hard and uncomfortable.The bathroom was also rather small and antiquated .

Review 37：My daughter lives in Jongny so it was so easy to catch the bus each day up the hill. The convenience to the train station was also excellent. My son and I both really enjoyed the Heath facilities . The sauna was fantastic.We used it early every morning and we were the only ones there ,which was lovely. We also really enjoyed the fresh fruit offered each morning at reception.

Review 38：The shower jet in my room (306) was splashing water everywhere, including outside the wet area...and it was not by damage/maintenance but by poor design.

Review 42：Minor thing. Saunas in SPA are normaly switched off and they switch them on upon request 30 min in advance. However 30 min is not enought for steam sauna. If you would like to visit steam sauna, you should ask to switch it on at least 1,5 hours before you go there.

Not luxury, but it does not mean to be luxury. We liked very much the fact that they allowed us to do late check out with no charges. Jacuzzi on roof terrace is great!

Review 44：Very noisy by night next to the street. The windows seems not to have any double glazing. Restaurant for breakfast seems to be old fashion and not very clean. Specially the table covers. Bathroom need to be updated to 21st century.

Review 46：Despite a good location, Vevey is a small town. It's hard to find food when late. Most eating places close between 7-9pm and very early on Sunday. The pillows are too soft and I need to stack two pillows together to be comfortable.

Review 47：The hotel is situated just right outside Vevey Train Station and bus-stop. It is convenient to get around places with the Montreaux Riviera card that the hotel gave. It is walking distances to many attractions in Vevey. Staff are helpful and friendly especially those serving at breakfast time. Like the fitness center, small but with a great view. A responsible housekeeping team who ensures clean towels and room daily.

Review 55：A warm welcome with the receptionist being very helpful.in explaining where the carpark was situated. The facilities of the sauna and jacuzzi were superb at the top of the building with good views of the area. The food in the resturant was of a high standard and the waiter was very helpful.

Great facilities in the hotel like a lounge, spa and jaccuzi, well provided room with aircon, very comfortable. Had to change the room due to some technical problem but the helpful staff made it easy. Would love to come back !

Review 61：I booked the hotel through Booking.com which said it was the best price guaranteed. This was not so as I was then sent an email from booking.com giving me a price of £40 per night cheaper. According to the booking it said that I had a city view, This was not true. I had a room looking onto other rooms. My sister and her husband decided to come and stay with me. I booked them in at a cheaper rate than mine only a few days before they arrived. I booked my room 9 weeks in advance.

Review 62：The location was excellent, just opposite the station, a short walk to the lake and the shops. The room was spacious and clean. The fitness centre, jacuzzi and sauna was very welcoming The food in the restuarant was excellent.
