Review 1：The hotel is old, doesnt look like the photos on booking. You pay extra for the minibar. The staff is not very friendly or helpful
Review 2：The location was great. The hotel is ok, clean.
Review 3：Only let down was the food, and the outside bar area was very dirty, the beds around the pool were filthy, but luckily beach was so close that we spent most of the time there. Was only 5 euros for two sun beds on the beach for the whole day, which I think is very good value.
Review 4：Location was fantastic, beach was lovely. The lady that worked in the indoor bar next to reception was very polite and helpful. Highly recommend sea view rooms, beds were very comfortable!

Review 6：*great location: the biggest plus of this property. Just by the beach, in a centre of Protaras. however on the weekend nights we couldn't sleep till 4am because of a loud music from a bar next door

Review 9：Very old fashioned and dirty bedroom/bathroom. Scrum on bathtubhandles, an old shampoo label stuck to the wall that had clearly beenthere months. The shower curtain was absolutely disgusting, full ofmould. Unorganised at meal times, left to wonder and try to find anempty table, should have some sort of guidance from staff onavailability. The evening meal choice and quality was that poor that 2nights out of 5 we has to walk away and go to a nearby restaurant.Some staff were grumpy. Overall hotel nothing like the websitephotographs. Cash deposits for everything including the remove controlfor tv. Advertised as having satellite when really it was Cypruschannels and bbc news. Tv was broken in the room when we arrived andhad to be swopped.

Will just list as too much to moan about.Mouldy shower Wall paper peeling off Musky smell Room smelt of smoke Tea making facilities but no Tea or coffee provided (I took my own) Food was awful, we stayed 4 nights but only ate once as we tried the other nights but it was so terrible we ate elsewhere. Waiters hounded us to buy drinks when we ate our only meal there. General worn out hotel with staff that don't care. think the location must bring people back as the hotel alone wouldn't! We used this place for the last four days of our stay.... we didn't complain too much whilst there as they could not have sorted the issues in a day! before that we stayed at The Karma in Penera, a hidden gem! We can only add 3 photos but I had more of the let downs such as dirty smudges up the walls, a wardrobe door you could barely open as it was warped!

You need to pay a deposit for the TV remote and the beach towels , you need to pay a daily fee to activate the safe in the room and another daily fee for the mini barin the room. Mosquitoes were aggressive in the corridors leading to the rooms and in the rooms. Bedsheets are old, torn and too short for the width. Lots of ants in the garden around the pool

Review 19：Had to pay 10euro for 120 min of WiFi. Fridge had a key. When we asked for it, they told us that we had to pay 2euro per day to use the fridge. When we went to the reception later during the day to pay and take the fridge key, they didn't charge us at all, they just mentioned a deposit of 5 euro which they didn't charge us either. Safe locker in the room was broken. Hot water was dirty (the whole bathtube was red (rusty tubes). We had to take cold baths.
Review 20：Close to the beach, we didn't need to take our car during our stay. Everything was close to us. Staff was friendly. Great view from our room.
