Review 1：I managed to find a parking space in the evening when I arrived, but was unable to find one close by the next morning when I went out and then returned before checking out. There were hundreds of TV channels but sadly only 3 news channels in English.
Review 2：Very convenient for the town centre and the lake. I had dinner in the restaurant in the evening, the menu is quite pricey but I found something delcious which was ithin my price range. The waitress was extremely pleasant, which made dining alone so much nicer. There were two breakfasts available, one at CHF15 for the full buffet, and one for CHF6.00 which included coffee, croissant & a juice.
Review 3：The room was on the side of the main road so quite noisy. The hotel is a little tired and needs some renovation. However the beds were good, sheets, towels etc perfectly fine. I think we'd try and find a more modern quieter property next time.

Review 21：Its a short journey from the main train station if you use the funicular railway called the Fun'ambule down the hill. The hotel is a short walk to the lake, 10mins to the center of town and 10 minutes the other way to the football stadium and next door to the university.

The breakfast looked like a standard cheap version offered in many hotels, juice from the machine, cheap cold cut and cheese, the breakfast room was not very inviting. 15Euro per person is highly exaggerated.
Review 25：very friendly staff, the room itself was very nice, even though it is advertised as a suite it was only a single room, a spacious bathroom with too much whistles and bells, a well functioning shower and a normal bathtub that every one can operate would have been enough. The bed was very good, clean, and comfortable. The location is very good and close to the lake.

Review 61：the room is very small. there is no normal shelf for clothes. there was only one very small shelf very high and I could barely reach it. I ended up forgetting a clothing article on the shelf in the end, because it was so high I couldn't see anything and it must have fallen back somewhere and I am not short at all. The room faced a children's kindergarten and the children were playing outside and were noisy during the day. but at night it was fine.

Review 84：Do not book here if you want to sleep ! We stayed in August on 6th floor on a warm summer's night. It was unbearably hot - we spent most he night sweating / awake. The only window was a roof light. There was not any air conditioning - just an extremely noisy and totally ineffective fan. Despite raising our concern direct with hotel both whilst staying & subsequently I have not had any feedback. My recommendation is try elsewhere - the management appear to have no interest in their clients.

Review 95：We got a 'suite', which has the feel of a one-bedroom apartment. Super clean, which is great when you have a crawling infant. Breakfast is basic, but with enough choice to set you for the day. Very near the funicular (round the block), and the lake (about 5 mins walk) which is a bit like a beach. It was so hot when we were there but we were able to have breakfast, go for a quick swim in the lake, and still come back to the hotel in time for check-out. Neuchatel city centre is also a short walk away, and there's a children's park just across from the street. Great location.

The hotel gave us a card to put under our windscreen that allowed us to park for free in many areas of town. No room service but there are chips and drinks available from the reception. There is a cafe/bar restaurant next to the hotel.
