Review 1：very poor wifi,. It was hard to get a late checkout, stuff inicially was reluctant but ended up letting me stay up to 15h.

Review 3：Rooms do not have a bed lamp (for reading), except for this all was great.

Review 4：Personal was very helpful. Despite that I dont speak Portugese (and not everybody speaks English in the lobby), they tried very hard to understand me and fulfill all extra wishes. Good: free snacks and drinks in the lobby.
