Review 1：Stunning peaceful views from the brasserie and room, it felt luxurious. We have stayed a few times and now look forward to a glass of champagne looking out across lake Geneva on our first evening. If you never thought train journeys were your thing and I did not, take the Goldenpass train to Gstaad and you will be surprised. Christmas market in Montreux is very pretty too.

Review 2：Our trip is from Amsterdam, Paris, this hotel , Interlaken, Zurich , and Milan ; because of the hotel and the location we hated everything we went to. I have never seen a good hotel with a WOW location / view. I would come back and stay again for a month. Sadly the spa only for female and the room light is to dark which is can be easily fixed

Review 3：Breakfast was good but the price was a little steep.

Review 4：The staff was outstanding and the hotel is beautiful. We had a one bedroom suite which had a balcony and a partial view of the lake. The bed was ultra comfortable. The gym was nicely equipped.

Review 9：Breakfast was great. The ambiance on the terrace was lovely, as was the view. Great selection. However, I think it was a little overpriced. Maybe FR5 less per person would change my opinion. I read that there was underwater music in the pool, but it didn't seem to be playing while we were there. Shame. Only about 3 people can comfortably use the jacuzzi at once as there are a limited number of jets (which are all close together). This essentially means only one couple at a time can use the large jacuzzi. You must proactively request a key for the lockers in the spa.

Review 10：The "room with a view". Absolutely stunning. It was great to sit on the balcony sipping the welcome champagne. The tranquility of the hotel, the spa, the decor, the staff. Molton Brown soap and shampoo were a nice touch. The travel card was useful. The terrace.

Review 11：Two things. 1) The spa facilities were disappointing. The sauna was broken and the jacuzzi was lukewarm and the "tranquil" outdoor area had screaming kids and a businessman on a cell phone. 2) The casual restaurant (3C) had awful service and mediocre food. The location, on the other hand, is gorgeous.

Review 12：A stellar experience in almost every way. The staff is highly professional, friendly, accessible and just perfect. We were given a beautiful suite (upgrade) and enjoyed the accommodations, the welcome drink on the beautiful terrace, and the prime location. Highly recommended!!

Review 15：Nothing in particular. I've read some comments in regard to the prices for food and drinks above average. This tends to be the case but for the quality and service, they are well worth it.

Review 16：After a very warm welcome by the concierge, we were guided into our room. Though a lake-sided view, it was fantastic as well as that towards the mountains. The room was well suited with a big bed, a comfortable sofa and a nice balcony. In regard to the spa area (pool, steam bad, jacuzzi and gym) they are remarkable. Though a special dinner was offered (new year's eve) we decided for the bar and got exquisite food, after normal hours which was highly appreciated. And the new year's brunch was fantastic, the chef and his team deserves the recognition they have. In regard to location, it is within 10 min of walking distance from the city centre, train station and market square. Furthermore, walking by the lake is more than enjoyable, with the possibility to visit Montreux, with the public transport or by car.

Review 18：I would like to express my thanks to all the staff in this hotel who were very attentive and obviously had excellent training in customer care which is so vital. A special thanks to the gentleman at the reception (Michael) for his kindness, discretion and lovely manner - a gem indeed. The food in the restaurant in the evening was absolutely delicious as was the breakfast the next morning. The large lobby with the two beautiful fireplaces and the tasteful Christmas decorations was nothing short of exquisite. This is not our first visit to this hotel and we have already decided to come back in February for a special birthday - in all honesty, why would we go anywhere else ? Review 20：We spent a lovely weekend at this hotel!The room was excellent,the bed very comfortable with warm and cosy feather pillows and duvets! The staff has been kind to us, even lit the fireplace in the lounge for our sake! The spa facilities are brilliant too,spacious area with lots of deckchairs.Huge windows all around!

Review 21：Room was very small and outdated. Bathroom was worse! We had to prop open the bathroom door between showers for ventilation. Too much emphasis on the spa. Wedding taking place the day of our arrival which meant half of the hotel was off limits. Front desk had to handle our laundry and room service order/delivery! Food mediocre.
