Reviews for La Maison d'Igor
Review 1:Only improvement would be a safe in the room.
Review 2:Staff were very helpful, we needed a doctor and the staff at reception assisted to find a local surgery and make an appointment. The hotel has its own pretty garden and eclectic interesting decor.
Review 3:La Maison d'Igor is a beautiful classic building with a tasteful interior design. It is surrounded by a nice garden and located very near the lake. The hotel owner/manager is very friendly and helpful. We were in Room 4 Denges, which is spacious and bright with a beautiful view. Good breakfast.
Review 4:I stayed on a particularly hot day in July (33 degrees). I had the Charles F room and there was no air conditioning and not even a fan. Being on the ground floor I didn't want to sleep with windows or door open so it was stiflingly hot all night.
Review 5:Friendly efficient staff Good food Very clean Located just a 2 minute walk from the lake, nice views etc.
Review 6:Though we knew there was no lift we dod not expect to carry a 22kg luggaga up to the 2nd floor ourselves. Our room was very hot although the outside temperature reached a maximum of 28c. Poor breakfast served believe it or on the reception desk.
Review 7:- noisy location in between main roads and railway line - two different bills due to hotel and restaurant being separate companies...
Review 8:- ease of access of hotel, strategic location - charming hotel with lots of character and atmosphere
Review 9:Unfortunately, the customers in the room above ours were not very considerate and the noise level was a bit high
Review 10:The room with the balcony The breakfast The restaurant The staff
Review 11:Breakfast choice was not large. On a gluten-and sugar-free diet there was not many options (eggs only).
Review 12:Nearly everything. The restaurant was also great with good food.
Review 13:Wifi signal is very weak at the second floor.
Review 14:The location was good and only a short walk to the lakeside. We stayed one night and had an amazing dinner served with fresh ingredients. Prices were also fair enough.
Review 15:Might have missed it, but couldn't find any Air Conditioning so it did get a little hot. Also we were in the annex room, so the noise from the road was a little annoying, but nothing too bad.
Review 16:The room was modern, very clean and very comfortable.
Review 17:Was a noise from a construction
Review 18:Decoration and style
Review 19:Mattress too soft, twin bed too narrow, no air conditioning, too hot in the night

Review 28:Hotel is close to both road and rail and consequently noisy at night. Dinner in the hotel was good but over priced.
Review 29:beautifully renovated with an interior designer's flare and such attention to detail. The staff were so kind and helpful. Well positioned being so close to the lake and the town. Highly recommended
Review 30:Highway, another road and rail road are not far from building (north side). The windows are excellent but you can hear them all.
Review 31:Room comfort, excellent style and appropriate service.
Review 32:The staff was continuously busy with other things or calls, and didn't really give a feeling to fully be present with the customer.
Review 33:The room n 5 was really nice, feeling like home (the furniture and the comfort). Nice breakfast. Few meters away from the Lake Geneva to have a walk. Parking possibility.

Review 44:Everything was right about this hotel, friendly staff nice rooms , didn`t try restaurant, but heard it was good. Nice gardens, close to lake, and Morges.
Review 45:We wanted to eat there in the evening but they were fully booked. Pre book dinner before you go or you could be disappointed. It rained during most of our visit so we really couldn't enjoy the lakeside views or the town.
Review 46:Very nice character hotel in pleasant grounds. We were on 2nd floor and its a bit of a climb. Comfortable room. Full for dinner so we had to eat elsewhere. Breakfast was ok.

Review 50:We loved absolutely everything about this amazing hotel. The surroundings, the room, the view, the staff, the breakfast and their dinner at their restaurant was delicious, but a little expensive, but what the heck, worth it !
Review 51:Internet connection has changing IP address - if you are business traveller and work with VPN, its a problem.
Review 52:Great, renovated hotel next to the lake. Nice rooms with ancient furnitures. Breakfast included. Welcoming staff.
Review 53:Comfort and elegance describes this small hotel. We had a view of the lake from our room. The bed was comfort heaven and the bathroom in black and white tiles with a chaise longue was amazing. We will return.
Review 54:This hotel has no negatives, we highly recommend it.
Review 55:The room and staff we're amazing. This may be the most comfortable bed, bedding and pillows we have slept on. Breakfast was also very good. Wish we had a longer stay.
Review 56:Room 6 in the attic had a low ceiling. Don't stay there if you're taller than 1m50... Breakfast could have been more copious but it was tasty.
Review 57:Room decoration is very impressive. Amazing converted house. Very friendly staff. Great grounds.
Review 58:- the shower needs a cabin. Maybe I am old fashioned but I just hate when the whole bathroom floor gets totally wet
