Review 1：Saw drug use. Cold Showers. It is a good place if you need to stay somewhere for a short time and are on a shoe string budget.
Review 2：The owner Sam is a great guy, location is in a neighborhood that isn't the worst in the area but certainly not the best. Close enough to downtown where you could walk.

Review 5：Convenient to 11/17 North and downtown for Restaurants, etc. not fancy but quiet (stayed in back unit #6) no problem sleeping, bed comfortable. Kitchen was nice to have and Owner was very nice and assisted with info on the area.
Review 6：Called ahead because we realized we'd be arriving late, and staff knew who I was immediately and confirmed my reservation. Very flexible, kind in accommodating our needs. Room is great value for money, has fridge, stove, tv, wifi that worked well, coffee maker and microwave. Comfy beds, plenty of hot water - which is all I was looking for after a long drive! It isn't fancy, it's a budget motel and you get more than you normally would at places of similar caliber. If you want a comfy bed to sleep in and a hot shower, someplace pet-friendly and easy to locate in town - then this is the place for you.
Review 7：The new owner was friendly and helpful. He gave us great restaurant ideas for supper. This is an inexpensive, budget, no frills motel that we have stayed in once a year for twenty years. It is clean. It is comfy. It is quiet. The outside could use some updating.

Review 11：I reserve the 2 rooms months ago. But the staff has no idea about the reservation. One of the room has really strong smells of cigarettes (althouth they said it is non smoking facility). Room is dirty. Has warm water for shower at the beginning, 5 minutes later, it turns cold. really scary area of the city too and noisy. Not worth the money and I will never ever stay there again.
Review 12：Pictures on website are VERY misleading (only of room 2), property was sketchy, creepy tenants/boarders, only a door handle lock, TINY room, stinky, uncomfortable bed, the pillows were awful.
Review 13：It was cheap, there was a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, the tub was deep, and the shower was luxurious. The sheets looked clean.
Review 14：Everything about this place was terrible. We asked for a non smoking room and we were given a room that smelled like a dirty ashtray. The owner had just sprayed the room with an airfreshner but it was gross. The shower and the toilet both leaked. There was only a trickle of hot water from the tap. I was so disgusted with the room that we used our own sheets that we had packed. If you rolled over in the bed, you would feel a spring. This is by far the geossest place I have ever stayed and would not go back.
Review 15：Nothing about this place I liked expect the staff didn't have change for $20 so I ended up paying $5 less however you couldn't pay me to stay there again.
Review 16：The furniture in the room was very hap-hazard. There was a broken office chair, a fold up chair and a small rocker. There was also no hot water which was unfortunate as there was a great tub but we couldn't have a bath. When I checked in the owner had a difficult time finding my reservation. He kept asking me when I booked it and who I booked with and what was the price. It was almost like he was reluctant to give it to me at the price I booked it for

Review 26：We arranged for a late check in and put in the registration 12:00 - 1:00 / 1:30. We were given a hard time when we got there and woke up the manager. There are no plugs in the bathroom and the outlets are impossibly far from the bathroom mirror.
Review 27：Beat up, dirty, stinky room. I think we got a smoker room which had been recently relabled as non- smoking. Everything was old and worn out to death. But the smell was the worst. Simply disgusting.

Review 52：Outdated and had an unpleasant oder. Although i could tell it was clean it didnt feel clean. The old stained towels were terrifying and neither of us showered until we found new lodging. The beds were supposed to be queen sized but were double and terribly uncomfortable so we slept poorly. The wifi was not accessable from our room.
Review 53：The staff was polite and accomodated our late arrival and cancelation of the second night with no trouble. The lodging was roomy. The kitched would have been awesome had i had the opportunity to use it. There was a stove and dishes and a couple small fridges.

Review 55：Cheapest hotel in town. As other reviews had said, the motel was run by very friendly people, eager to help you out / ensure your stay went smoothly. Very happy about that. Didn't hear much traffic noise at night and were in an accessible location close to the marina where we took in nice views of the sleeping giant.

Review 60：Bad linens on bed. Not sure if they were not just sprayed with Febreze. Wallpaper hanging down, old banged up furniture. Small room, noisy, needs urgent renovation throughout. Other motels in that price range were fare better.

Review 76：The plug ins were a safety hazard. You would plug something in and it would not stay in. They would fall out as the outlets were so loose. The walls were paper thin, you could hear water and showers being used, loudly!
