Review 1：I booked a King size non smoking on Booking.com. When we arrived, the lady on the desk said that she had rented out the last King size and that I could either have a single Queen or 2 Doubles (no discount) or I could look for a King someplace else. It was late and we didn't want to drive around so we took the 2 beds. Room was ugly. Almost florescent orange walls and the ugliest grey and black plaid comforters I've ever seen. Nothing was co ordinated in the room. Bed was so so.
Review 2：It was fairly clean
Review 3：The bed was less comfortable than we'd have preferred, but not really uncomfortable. We could have used a couple of extra pillows. (But then again I suppose we could have asked.) The worst part is that the motel is on a highway-like strip of motels, family-style restaurants and more motels. This means there is nothing around in walking distance - we wanted to go out for a drink but there was nothing within half an hour or more's walk on a Friday night at 10 pm. We were probably unusual in being there without a vehicle, though.
Review 4：East Court is like a motel out of time - a 70s kind of experience, but in a nice way. Just a flat one-storey sequence of rooms. But those rooms are clean and not cramped, the washroom was in good shape, there was a tv (we didn't watch it) and - surprisingly given the old-fashionedness - the wifi worked very well. Staff was perfunctory but friendly. No food but in the morning there is a charming family diner for breakfast across and down the (big) street a bit.
Review 5：Was one of coldest nights in weeks...no blanket anywhere, could not adjust heat and the baseboard heaters were barely warm to the touch. Could see daylight through door frame on part of door jam and constant strong draft around entire outside door.
Review 6：Although I had no need for them, there were both a mini frig and microwave in room. Used every towel, face cloth, bath mat to plug draft around door frame as well as personal clothing. Had to sleep in clothes as room was so cold even with blankets I found in my car.
Review 7：The TV is in need of a slight tuneup for picture correction but otherwise worked well and the water for the shower was not quite hot enough. overall for the price can't beat it.
Review 8：I thought the unit was good for cleanliness and was setup fine for the layout of the unit. The TV worked well. The bathroom was clean. The place was quiet and the room was warm considering it was very cold out.

Atrocious mattress was thin and lumpy--might have been a used discard and picked up at the side of the road! 2. 3 rooms rented that night, and 1 of the guests unkindly placed in room right next to ours. 3. Received a horrible wake up call at 5am-- we did not request it and had no intention of getting up that early!

Review 22：Booking.com clearly mentioned that every room of east court motel has a A kitchenette, including an oven, microwave, and refrigerator. Even the pictures shown show hot plate. When we did not see that in our room, we asked owner about it. He said rooms had kitchenette in the past but not anymore. We had specifically booked this thinking there is hot plate. I motel rooms don't look anywhere near like shown in photos. There is lot of misinformation.

Review 44：The bed had nothing between the matress and the sheet. There was no fitted sheet a flat sheet was tucked unto the mattress and kept uncovering the mattress during the night. The sheet also has some red paint or something on it. There were someone's dirty socks under the bed. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable.
