Review 1：They charged us incorrectly at check out ($20 over charge) even though we paid the full rate not the booking.com rate we didn't get the restaurant voucher , hotel seemed to b under some type of renovation and our room was super hard to find

Review 6：Bad experience, hotel did not receive booking.com reservation and had tocall them to confirm. We were given a terrible room on the corner of thepoolside with no ventilation and an air conditioner that sounded like afreight train. The beds were mushy they were so worn and soft. The roomwas old and worn. The next night we requested a move and were given aslightly newer room with a better air conditioner. I would rather havepaid more for a decent hotel.

Review 7：The hotel was quiet, air conditioning was good. Your staff needs to be given more time to clean. Refrigerator door had had something spilled on it and never cleaned. Duvet cover was dirty and even found a spot of blood on it. There was no T-towel or dish cloth in the kitchen. The towels in bathroom were skimpy and insufficient.

Review 14：you need to cross the t's and dot the i's. The doors used to have numbers on them and were taken down, not refinished, someone needs to walk around with paint and touch walls and doors, and a bucket of soapy water and clean. you do not bother with detail

Review 42：My boyfriend and I along with many others waited for over an hour both on room service and in the onsite restaurant to get served, and the waitresses were very rude. They just kept making excuses, no apologies were made, no waters were even given and they avoided us the entire time.

We also had a bunch of inappropriate advertisements slipped under our door so they do not control who enters into the building. We had the maid banging on our door at 930 am wanting to clean it so we were woken up. I would not recommend this hotel.

Review 50：No tv channel changer wand in room when I first got there, and when I first asked the desk for one they didn't even look just said they didn't have one, but when I asked again (after dinner) they found one. However, I did recognize that they were incredibly busy when I asked the first time - so that is why I went back.

The 2nd night the hotel was full of rowdy young adults who were partying, smoking pot, drinking and would bang on random doors and run away, again waking my babies. Not the hotel's fault, they don't know who is booking the room.

This made it really close quarters for my husband, myself and our 3 1/2 year old son. My 10 month old slept in his own play yard. Other than that, our stay was great. We had missed a toy when we were leaving and after eating breakfast at the Dennys Restaurant, the housekeeper came out to our truck and gave it back to us. This was amazing service and want to thank her again for making our son a happy man.

Review 67：Billing - Booking.com's price quote was CAD $763.40. Invoice from the hotel was CAD $866.43. We checked out on 9/2. On 9/2, USD $411.78 was taken from my bank account. On 9/4, another USD $797.30 was taken from my account. So, they have collected a total of USD $1221.17 from my bank account. I don't appreciate them taking way more than I owe for the bill.

Review 68：The hotel is in a good location with a Denny's attached. It is close to Tim Horton's and Star Bucks, and the beach. It was very quiet.

As a person whotravels for business and uses Sandman frequently, I was disappointed andhave switched chains.

Review 86：The staff upon check in were quite rude. We asked for a slightly later check out (one hour) on account of being in town to compete in a race the next morning and the answer was not only a firm no (which is okay), but it was the manner in which she reinforced that we could check out at 430am before the race that was very rude. It was as if we'd insulted this woman simply by appearing in front of her as we didn't ask any outlandish questions..or at least we didn't think we had. The look on her face appeared to show otherwise. Instead, my husband had to come back to the hotel during the race in order to check out by the scheduled time. Then there was the room itself... There was a blood stain down the outside of the toilet bowl and then when we went to get into bed the mattress pad was stained with blood. The sheet appeared to be clean but you could see the blood stain on the mattress pad underneath. There was also no soap for the sink in the bathroom. We paid $190 for the room for the one night!...I would hardly say we received the value for the money. It was the only place in town we could find with two rooms left available for the night we needed them for which is why we booked it. We would never book this hotel again, nor would we recommend it to anyone else. Awful.
