Review 1：Heard people upstairs snoring all night every night, no coffee machine in the room and there was still garbage from previous customer. Plus a lot of dust in the corners. Bedspread was stained.

Review 2：We liked the location

Review 3：the lady at the front desk was very rude when we went to check out, Couldn't get us on our way fast enough. Didn't ask about our stay. I could say much more but she was very rude and reactive. Be aware, next time will sleep in the truck in Walmart parking lot.

Review 4：There are only three small tables in the breakfast room and you are not allowed to take food out of the room. Since all the tables were taken, we could not eat there. No big deal really, as there is a Tim Horton's across the street which we walked to.

Review 5：Clean and comfortable with a decent high season price. We had a fabulous sleep in a king bed. Although motel is on the highway, it was very quiet.

Review 6：Breakfast was too late for travellers at 7:30. And then the staff were also late so building wasn't open for breakfast at 7:30 delaying our travel plans.

Review 7：There was no freezer in the in-suite fridge, but many hotels don't even have a fridge. Would be nice if AC was already running on low when arrived, but after about an hour the room was cool enough to go to sleep.

Review 8：Very courteous staff, great location across from Tim Horton's and easy access. Most comfortable bed of my trip. Good basic cable TV better than many other chains, lacking HBO, but pretty much everything else. WiFi was excellent and not the constantly dropping low throughput of other locations on my trip. Did a speedtest out of curiosity was getting over 2Mb down over 1Mb up consistent at night and in morning.

Review 9：Some very loud motorcycles, with drivers sitting out in the parking lot smoking and carrying on. I appreciated the good lock on the door!

Review 11：We noticed that the bathroom did not have a towel rack so I mentioned this to the lady at the front desk. She said the room had recently been remodelled and the towel rack had been missed. She said it would be installed later that day and thanked me for mentioning this.

Review 14：For the price ($107.00 per night) this facility is certainly not worth it. It is old, beds were hard, towels were old and dingy. No WiFi in room as advertised, had to go to office to get any. We would not stay here again.

We thought this meant they were fresh, but it turns out they were frozen waffles. We were fine with that but it seemed a bit misleading.

The staff was friendly and the owners were there to make sure things ran smoothly. We also enjoyed the great rooftop deck and sweet petunias! We will definitely be back on our next visit to Cranbrook.

Review 117：Super friendly staff. The continental breakfast was good. I liked that it was in the 'hospitality room'. I asked a number of people 'where they were from'. It was fun. It was a quick overnight stay, travelling home. The room was nice a quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Review 118：Motel was very satisfactory. Unfortunately, I believe one of our group accidentally got a sofa armrest cover along in his luggage. It is a dark blue striped plush. If it is from your motel, I will send it to you if you so desire. I think it was Room 114 on August10.
