Review 1：The location is good, but it's not the main touristic hill of valparaiso. The hill this hostel is on is a mixture of touristic and residential, and it's very calm and pleasant.
Review 2：The staff was amazing! They made me feel at home. It's also a relatively small hostel, which makes it more familiar. Very recommended.
Review 3：Organization didnt work quite well - the staff seemed to be more backpacker than staff. with this lack of organization i could write about cleanliness etc. but i dont ... just get this to run. Over new year the hostels charge a furtune - considering that you get a faceslap for you money. But everyone does that over new year.
Review 4：Booked this place for new year, since there wasnt much choice. The place is new and not yet fully organized. anyway the staff was layed back and really wanted you to have a good time. this hostel (rooms and location) has def. potential - which it hasnt reached quite yet
Review 5：No hot water in 8bed dorm both bathrooms + kitchen for 5 days. Apparently works in private rooms but is either cold or lightly warm in mentioned above, bus numbers/directions staff need to touch up. Biggest was laundry. Girl staff advised 800 per kg, next day guy staff advised 3500 per kilo but offer to bring it to 3000 per kilo. English lady only paid 1000 per kilo, Canadian girls told 4000 per kilo. Not sure how you justify trying to charge people 26$ for laundry. Lady down the road does 5kg for 4000 peso.

Review 9：Our room/bathroom was never cleaned during our stay, though we had to leave our key every time we left the hostel for this purpose?!
Review 10：It was relatively quiet hostel as they just opened. One of the members of staff took us out to a local night carnival.
