Review 1：Very clean didn't like TV no movies

Review 2：Safety, cleanliness as a lone female travel . Comfortable , nice staff. Liked it so much I booked a room in Nelson for two nights for family emergency.

Review 3：We ate breakfast once at the restaurant, the service was slow and the server was focused more on other tasks than serving customers. The food, once it arrived was ok, however it took substantially longer than expected.

Review 4：The rooms were nice and very spacious. Service and food in the Don Cherry lounge was excellent.

Review 5：Air Conditioner didn't work very well. Room very hot and stuffy. Complained to front desk and received a portable fan but just moved the warm air around.

Review 7：The A/C unit in the room did not get COLD. It did cool the room, but it was subpar. There was not ice on each floor. The room did not have a suitcase rack to place the case on. I had to use the ironing board. The phone in the hallway was broken. The water was very heavily chlorinated and unpleasant to drink.

For example the server brought a bottle of win, saying "hopefully I can uncork this" and having succeeded plunked the bottle down on the table and left. The next night a different server forgot to put in our order to our meal was 30 minutes. late... etc

Review 11：Coffee shop not open, no explanation. Resturant extremely slow. Server very attentive, slowness of kitchen not her fault. Food was hot and excellent once it arrived. Bar was so so.

Review 23：Room service was a nightmare. Tried to contact room service from room telephone and no one answered!!!!! Then went to restaurant to order take out. Person taking order asked me to come back in 10 minutes. I did and the order was not ready. Server offered to bring it to my room. I agreed thinking it would arrive in 10 minutes worst case scenario. It arrived 45 minutes after my second trip to the restaurant which was an hour and fifteen min after I initially tried to contact room service. I kept calling to see if my food was on its way but they never answered their phone!!!!!!! I called front desk 2 or three times and they were apologetic and said they would go and check on my order. When the food finally arrived, it was undercooked. I had travelled from the east coast that day ( 5.5 hr early morning flight), followed by 4.5 drive. When I checked out, I almost presumed that they would not charge for the food. They did and they charged a room service fee after I went to the restaurant twice and could barely stand on my two feet I was so exhausted!!!!!!!!! I explained the situation to front desk. They were professional, apologetic and understanding. They were not able to waive the charges for room service but did give me a voucher for the restaurant. What a room service fiasco !!!

Review 25：The restaurant was terrible. Got a different meal than ordered for supper ... Was so hungry just ate it anyway. The hunter schnitzel was topped with Alfredo sauce...disgusting! The next morning's breakfast was worse. Served cold coffee when we asked for hot coffee the waitress Emily made a scene that the new coffee was burning her hands. The eggs Benedict was served with a clear 'hollandaise' sauce. We told Emilly that usually the hollandaise sauce is yellow as it is made with egg yokes. She argued with us and left. Then she came back and told us that we were wrong and continued to argue until we asked her to stop and leave It alone already. So to sum up the restaurant the food is terrible and the one waitress, Emily, we had should be fired! The beds were not comfortable. Very jiggly. We could hear every movement outside our room. Not a sound proofed hotel.

Review 28：Well, Like the heading says, our dinner was excellent. Order the Stuffed Chicken!!! Compliments to the chef!!! Not to mention our waitress made an awesome Hot Butter Rum!!! I wanted to make a collect phone cal from my room, so, I called the front desk. The lady that answered, offered to let me use her cell phone! The hotel is clean and modern! We will stay here again! Hands down!

Review 105：It was only one night stay on our way back to Calgary from Vancouver. We first booked/checked in to a two-queen-sized-bed room. When we called the front desk to let them know that our toilet had been clogged, the lady at the desk immediately switched the room to a king-sized-bed room, which I believe is a slightly higher rate one. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. We didn't have the chance to use the other facilities - gym and pool/hot tub. Maybe next time! :)

Review 106：Train going through late at night, obviously nothing the hotel can do about that but, location chosen was poor. Room would shake. Seemed like there was a lot of noise on our floor.
